Actually reverse the colors and use black and it looks real nice.

Green Screen with black starting at bottom. Cool huh. I like this and will play with the colors more later. Back to trading.

I think i didn´t explain myself enough, sorry... in the same platform i wanted to run a EA system together with manual NB and MPTM on each pair with "manage this pair only" set to true, but as soon as i attach just 1 MPTM instance the error of the attachment appears, and obviously magic numbers are different (think this is not even checked when MPTM only manages the pair is attached to), sometimes platform crashes, guess there´s not much to do about that incompatibility with a 3rd party EA, that´s why i was looking for something different than MPTM to test such as Individual Trade Manager...
Thanks anyway.

Guys,

What is this 10.7 after 10.6 :) Can someone point me to the early relevant page(s)?

This summer trading has been quiet... looks like we have abandoned big ideas like CSS/TMASlope,
and are back to the very basic tech indicators like MAs, Stochs and RSI. I also followed for a week the most busy FF thread, SonicR, on something called PVSRA (Price, Volume, SR Analysis) based on Wyckoff, and it just got blasted after FOMC.

Empty4 can only cope with a limited number of thingies - deliberately so, most of us believe as the dimwits at Crapperquotes were originally in the pockets of the more criminally inclined of the 'brokers'. These days, even the crims and the dimwits have fallen out, so don't expect your platform to do anything even remotely complicated.

Basically, what you did was break everything. It is ridiculously easy to do. Simplify what you are trying to do and start again.

This is my one and only reply to this. Do not post further about it here as I will delete your posts. This thread is about Bob's trading system, not your struggles with CraT4. Post about them elsewhere.

Read the effing manual, ok?

Afterprime is the official SHF broker. Read about them at https://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=175790#p175790.

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

OK you cant run 2 EAs on one screen. You can have 2 EAs if you use two charts for each pair. So if you have two eur/usd tabs you can have one EA on one chart and one on the other. OR you can run two Empty4 using one for one EA and the other Empty4 for the other EA. However, you dont need to do that. The MPTM can be placed on one chart and it will manage all the trades on every chart. Unless you dont want the MPTM to regulate all the trades. You can have the MPTM regulate only the trades done by EAs by giving it a magic number and the EAs the same magic number. Then it will regulate only those trades that have that number attached to them. Those are your options.

There is no 10.7 and 10.6 is listed on the page 663. 10.7 is 10.6 playing around with the colors.

Don't encourage him Bob. You will only do a Steve and snap eventually. He has to learn the limitations of Empty4 at some stage.

After playing with the color screens for a night I find them a distraction. A cool distraction but a distraction. However I like the dummy lights. So I would like to see two changes.

1. If we can maybe make the color only to the right of the candlesticks we would have this obvious warning to buy only or sell only. See pic below.

2. Add a third color logic would go like this:

A. If price is greater than the 240MA and greater than 60 MA a greenish color.
B. If price is greater than the 240MA and Less than 60 MA a yellow/green color.
C. If price is less than the 240MA and less than 60 MA a reddish color.
D. If price is less than the 240MA and greater than 60 MA an orangeish color.

The Rules of trading could go like this:

If A or green buy only into the trend
If B or yellow/green trade STO 7 both ways.
If C or red sell only
if D or orange trade STO 7 both ways

The 240 or 60 lines then become your SL lines, 100 lines become your target profit lines. Risk to reward ratios would be solid and you could trade in all types of markets. That was the goal of 10.6
