I noticed that this afternoon at 15h30 my time, half an hour after NY-open, FOUR central bank presidents have a speech scheduled; AUD, EUR, JPY and USD. Especially for AUD and JPY, it's weird timing. I can't help it, but I have the feeling this afternoon will show some firework in the markets.  |

How should we behave in this case with PoS, before their speech? Close open trades? Hedge? Delete pending orders? None? |

Hard to tell, depends on how you trade it. If you trade H4 and/ or D1 then I would let them open and don't fiddle with them. Hedging will bite you in the behind in the end. I don't touch anything, just watch closely.  |

Horoooay  I just finished reading the 70 page now and its fantastic topic with too much effort and brain storming thanks steve and Gertje and all other guys  for your hard work to make forex trading easier i am going to start demo with very low account balance 50 bucks (hoping will not blow up) with the help of Gertje set with a small modification to it > recovery option 3 trades max pair 10 and positive swap only market distance pip = one sixth true MiNaZ |

I never understood why someone would create a demo account with a tiny amount of virtual cash for a system like this. Create a big account and trade the smallest size you can, track the drawdown and profits in actual cash. You will never blow up but will have lots of data to get an idea of the worst case that might occur and how long if ever you recover from it. |

Hi Guys. I've been a quiet lurker (but also test database participant!) for a while now. Thank you Steve and Gertje for your effort on POS and others! Anyway, for the life of me I cannot figure out why POS is not making recovery trades. As you can see from the screen cap(not shown is group1MDP which is 100) there are a few trades well over marketDistancePips in the negative, but there are no recovery trades made? I have fillTheGap as tue. There are no errors in the expert log. Any Ideas? |
