Still up overall, yesterday was NOT kind to Trend followers no matter what system you are using; now, for many pairs, is this price action really the main reversal, a pull back or some form of consolidation - who has the answers?

Hi Degil. The Ea will close all your trades if you have reached the drawdown percentage loss. So you must decide if you want to set "close after percentage loss" to true or false or increase your percentage. The choice is yours. |

Hi Guys must say I had a few mixed results with yesterdays Nfp, but overall the result still acceptable in my opinion with conservative settings. Overall up and no trade to look back on with another day to look upon freshly. |

I had Percentage loss set to 'False" so that is not it..... I had Close on opposite signal set to true...The user guide says that closes trades on opposite signal.....is that all trades or only the ones on that chart??????maybe that was it... Changed all charts to false,,,will try again... Don |

Hi Don In my honest opinion I did not see any of the mentioned signals Ie 60ma or 63 crossing over the 240 Lwma on the 4 hr t/frame Whatever you are using to give you an opposite signal. Trend in any t/frame was directional and no reversals/ That is what an opposite signal gives you when moving averages cross in the opposite direction. Anyway interested to see what the reason was? |

I'd call it a snap back, if it retraces to the MA's it would qualify as a mean reversal but it's just the nature of the beasts we trade to make a buck. That is trading  |

TCO_Trader works very well. I would love an option, which does deactivate the ea after it has taken a trade but continues the trade logic. Does "MaxOrdersPerPair" set to 1 do this? Thanks Mike |

That should do it, or increase the hours between trades to something like 23 and then you can re-activate it the next day if there is good price action setting up, after success trade of course  |
