Interesting! Do you make sure that the H4 arrow was generated before the M15 arrow, and that on both timeframes the arrows are pointing away from the wavy symbols? |

The trend arrow usually comes up in M15 before H4. If you have signs of a new trend established in H4, via wavy or arrow, I start looking at M15 for signals and I take those in and out until H4 signals an end of the new trend. You can do it in M5 instead of M15 but it is less reliable. The only doubt is on the first trade after an H4 end of trend. Let´s say, H4 shows a wavy after an established trend. If M15 is showing a trend arrow in the new direction I take it, even if it is a few candles old. A change of trend in H4 is powerful, but I prefer not to hold the H4 corrections, but to trade in and out on M15 signals. |

Hi Al I was wondering how the wavy lines correspond to your extreme tma template or have you now ditched the extreme tma and just gone for the wavy lines as a reversal entry instead ? Cheers Eamonn. |

No. Extreme TMA as it stands now is 90% of my trading system. I have developed the system quite beyond what was explained on the FF thread. Extreme TMA is still, to me, the best system I have ever seen at letting you know in what state the market finds itself at any particular moment. What HGI does is give you a more precise entry and exit in the context of what Extreme TMA deems to be a potentially high probability market direction. HGI by itself is not enough to be consistently correct, but once filtered through Extreme TMA, it gives the black and white trigger points which the Extreme TMA system requires. If I have to choose only one, definitely Extreme TMA is the one, but the combination of both makes my trading a lot easier, more profitable and a more relaxed experience. |

Renee - sorry to post this in your Matrix thread.... Al, I believe there are numerous members here that followed your thread over at FF and would really appreciate if you would be so kind to share your recent developments to your Extreme TMA system... Can't we entice you to open your own thread to post some basic information? If memory serves, you were not to keen due to the time involved to maintain a thread but again, I believe it will be much appreciated by many! Thanks in advance! |

Sorry. I committed with Bob to work on trying to make HGI as great as it can be. I am totally focused on it as we should all be. Another thread right now would disperse the efforts. Maybe in the future we can take it up again, but the time is not right now. |

I changed some of the colors and inputs in the code. Enclosed is the template with the 15 pairs I trade for a screen with 1440 px vertically or more. There is no reason to trade more pairs than these, especially the high spread pairs and the CHF pairs because they are almost 100% correlated to EUR. There are ample opportunities to trade with these 15. |

Rene. how do you manage to get rid of the empty space on the right and bottom of your matrix window? The space where the price scale and dates are. The picture of your windows have all four borders close to the matrix cells. |
