Hey Steve,

Is #define NL "\n" critical to anything in particular besides screen message?

I ask because I am running a couple EAs on Unix terminals and the \n makes a box. If I delete it and leave the define as "" then it appears normal.

Your thoughts?

No. All it does is force the start of a new line in the chart display. It appears nowhere else in the code.

Launched Peaky (v. 1i) and the Dashboard on a GP-demo yesterday, OOTB on H1, and the green pips are showing up!

One thing that I cannot get to work is the Zoom_Level: whatever value I enter, the chart zooms out to the max. I didn't find any other user mentioning this in the tread, so it could be something I overlooked, but I cannot figure it out.

Its great to hear that u hv green pips, i have 3 open trades and abt 5-6 limit orders. So far so good and i started few days b4 u. Certainly patience is req'd for peaky to work :roll:

There is a ChartScaleSet() function call (to set the chart's scale) by the GetSixths() function - that is calculating the sixths values - with a fixed 0 value, and this is called with every tick. The only time the ChartScaleSet() is called with the value in the user inputs is at the initialization when you first put the EA on a chart. After the first tick, the sixths function is called and set the scale back to 0. I mentioned it in my previous post, only it doesn't reset my scale, but froze my platform - haven't tried it again to check if this has been changed.

started peaky yesterday afternoon and already 8 trades closed in profit just amazing !! had them set at 35 pips each :yahoo: :good: :cheer: :smile:

have more open trades looking to hit TP

Hey folks, now I have this on the H1 on my live trading account, I am demoing M15 with a 30 pip TP and PendingTradeBufferPips of 5. It is kicking bottom. Setfile attached for ease of playing with it.

Did u just change TP to 35 or was there anything that u tweaked? I am still staring at 3 open trades :?

Early closed trade results from my live 15 minute Peaky. Up almost 70 pips on two pairs. I have two trades open running about 25 pips in the hole, but chugging along nicely.

If I don't run it live, I won't pay attention to it, so this is a good long term experiment. 6 pairs live, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, EURGBP, AUDCAD, USDCHF. You'll notice three of the pairs don't tend to move a lot of pips in any given three month period, which is help keeping risk low.

U.S. trading, so the first trade has to close first, so I'm experimenting with using 2 trades as a basket and then setting the basket TP for what I think on that pair.

Great fun, and lots of pips to follow! I was using 8 pips as my crossover, but I think Steve is more on the mark using 5. :party: :party: :party:
