I started this one with same balance as the first but has basket closure and basket stop, triggered at $13 with TS at $5, just closed as below. There's no knock of for the day so keeps working, manual closures also made..

Stunning stuff. Live trading Monday to Wednesday, when I closed manually and shut up shop for the week.

Live and demo trading are soooooooo different, so these were 0.1 lot trades. $910 in three days and flat for the rest of the week is still fantastic. I have gone whole years without making that much in the past.

And now look at the demo I feature at the end of post 2. 1 lot trade sizes, entirely left to its own devices. Doubling the account inside one month. Insane.

To think that all of this has come about from me writing a getting started guide for beginners.

And would have resulted in mockery and scorn being poured all over some poor sap hesitantly suggesting that trading the cross of a moving average is a good idea. :lol:

Mind, it is the ideas that you folks came up with that have made all the difference There are members here who should be mighty proud of yourselves. :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

All we need to do now is see if MD continues to deliver over a period of time. Fingers crossed, because we will all be rich if it does.

I have not forgotten the bug I reported earlier. I have spent much of today rewriting the guide for beginners in light of MD's success and I have not finished yet. Keep on watching the charts and delete orphaned grids manually for the time being.

Live micro GP account with $100 started monday, the Wednesday drop was me trying to go against the EURCAD,thinking I was better at this than MD, speaks for itself really :oops: , is set to send two stops only on each pair with $5 TP for the basket and continuous work.....

Your MD made $33 Steve, I just messed it up on Wednesday.
This, of many, is your best yet.
What can I say but thanks for everything you have provided to all over the years.
I hope that this will prove your theory of being able to start with a tiny account. I know that GP start is 100/1 leverage and this would have wiped with less than 200/1 though so anyone following would need $200 min not to be disillusioned and need to pay constant attention to the margin levels.
As you have said yourself it does need manual oversight, ironically especially at this very low capital level.

Your demo is losing quite a bit and I think it has to do with your SL 120.
What's your OppositeSideStopLossPip setting?
