I think you can because it will boost the WiFi connection independently of which speed it is selected.

Just go to router configuration page and see if you can block it on 802.11G instead of letting it auto select the speed.

It is the standard Empty4 MA. Just change the parameters as I indicated.

Well, I will try to explain this the clearest I can.

I am using the 15.06 HGI on EURUSD M1, on what I am testing every indicator is disabled except the big arrow trades. Checking the image below we have on top the signals that poped up and below the same chart but with an indicator refresh, as you can see some disappeared and others appeared. I don't want to take this to repaint discussion, what I thought is that when refreshing the chart some signals might go away (not valid anymore) but what I didn't see coming was that it could plot other ones that occurred in the past and never showed up in real time.

This is probably an issue using M1 candles but just wanted to check if there is any option on HGI settings to avoid this.

My goal with this is to trade the big arrows when they show up on the correct side on Hurst indicator, but I will share this idea when it gets more solid.

All the time frames do that (H4,H1,M30,M15). I always just thought that was the way it was designed. I always just remember that any chart that is not live is absolutely useless to look at.

My research so far with 15.06 HGI shows there are very few real Trend Arrows. Most of them show up several candles after the fact or in some cases morph from a Range arrow to a Trend Arrow. About half of all wavy symbols also happen after the fact. That is why 15.06 breaks new ground. It let´s you see HGI as it really is.

For your wifi, you can try to buy a usb key wifi (you can find cheap 25-30 $), sometimes the cards on the computers are not so good.

That's what i did for an old laptop, and it worked.

One way that I use to take advantage of this particular feature is that i use the Trend Arrows as just that...TREND.

I don't think of them as Entry Arrows but only as Trend Arrows. usually about 3 or 4 candles after a Trend Arrow I will see a Fractal. I just place a pending a few pips past the break of the fractal. I use a 100 pip SL and a BE of 50 pips. The vast majority of the RAD Arrows will be at the Fractal because that fundamentally is what the RAD arrow is signalling.

If a Trend Arrow is still there 3 or 4 candles later then it is permanent.

Just an easy and conservative use of HGI.

There is a Simple way round it, this is How I get round Crap T4, I simply Have a Copy of my MQL4 and Templates Folder in a Safe Place , So anytime I need to re install my Computer's OS, I Simply download my Criminal's Meta Trader Software and Replace both the MQL4 and Templates Folders with what I Have Saved before, that way I really aren't Loosing anything....

Thank you xrismak & tiapan! I have been using a program from microsoft called synctoy every week. I have a backup drive where I keep the copies of my platforms - but now I will also look at TeraCopy. But good to know I only need 2 folders instead of the whole platform. So many smart guys here - amazing!
