What is you dynamic settings exactly ? Dynamic stops, profits or both ?

I appreciate this is over a very short time frame and haven't had any big losers that this system may be prone to

I think that if I use this live then Steve's trade management EA could help take care of bad days, how many bad days will we have?

Any chance we could get a "deploy on startup" true / false box so we could bypass all the time code? grids never deploy for me anymore no matter what times i try.

Dietmar, now I have had a chance to test our system - absolutely brilliant! :D :D
Dragos, the way you have programmed it all together is amazing. Congratulation! Well done! :D :D

Whilst I have been testing and watching this system perform over the past days; a thought occurred to me - based upon my particular style of trading. At the moment my system "Ducks in a Row" is a manual system. At the end of each week I like to look at my account balance; and alter the lot size for the next week up or down, based upon the formula - 0.01 lots per $200 balance.

I reckon that this would also work very well with this system.

My question is; how feasible/difficult would it be - rather than just have a manually entered lots value, to also have a MM segment that would automatically adjust the lot value per trade - say...every weekend, while the market is closed??

Thumbs up Dietmar and thanks to Dragos for the EA, I started EG today and so far looking good, but I see that the EA has opened further pending orders, is that normal?

Hy Dragos,

I optimized my trading strategy (European Morning Grid Breakout) a little bit. Now I don´t let the EA start at a fixed time/hour. Now I look first if a pair is in a range and not trending (for example asia session high/low) and I try to start the EA so that the middle of trap is the middle of that asia session range zone. Which is not easy to handle because I have to watch the price precisely and then, when price is in the exact middle of range I have to start the EA.

Is it possible for you to tweak the EA in that direction?

- input trap style 1,2,3 (1 = use hourly trap as b4, 2 = use actual price as center not hourly, 3 = use user defined price as center not hourly)
- input center price: xxx.xxx

That would be very nice! ...

I downloaded and began running the EA 42 minutes ago. When the first pending long was triggered, it added the 3 pending shorts to the correct levels. However, the new pending orders were only half the size of the original orders. I have gone over my settings and have no clue as to why this happened. Any thoughts?
