Just reading through these threads and saw this post. To get a completely blank chart for displaying an indi or whatever you just need to get rid of grids (if on) with ctrl+g then go to properties (F8) and set line graph to "none" and change the chart to Line Graph instead of bars or candles. You don't need to change all the other stuff to "none". Hopefully this saves a few mouse clicks

I guess my question is about the indicator itself. I thought it operated by "looking" at the pivot, then making the calculation. I think that would be more useful, to me anyway, than simply looking at the price line.

And when you have done this, save it as a 'blank' template, then copy it from demo to demo as you open each new one - tis what I do.
