Hi All.

I was wondering what others have been doing R:R wise on their baskets. I've been running with most of the settings out of the box, so R:R of 3:1 - even worse than what Steve describes! Is anyone running this system more positively geared - say 1:2 or even 1:3 with good results? I increased my lot size from 0.01 to 0.1 on a 10K account yesterday, and had 2 x 1% basket profits, but the 3:1 R:R has been nagging in the back of my mind as a potential to undo a lot of the good work VERY quickly. I'd be very interested to hear some opinions on the topic.
In my demo account I'm using a Risk:Reward of 1.5:1 (4% TP and 6% SL). What do you think? I'm still waiting to see how the EA manage a bad situation with these settings.

I think he means something different, not sure... it might fall in-line with this simple mathematical fact...
If you suffer a 50% lose in your account, you then have to make 100% gain to get back to where you started.
Therefore, protecting capitol is very important.

Certainly impressed with this! Last week- 1294 pips with a 70% win rate, this week- 812 pips, 83% winners, and Piproid took it's last trade of the week 1:30pm EDT yesterday 5/7. I shut it down before the NFP and am done for the week. This is on H4 with 5 Multi's by 20 pips, all with TP at 30, SL at 150. Can't wait for next week :cheer:

As this set up closes the profitable trades and lets the unprofitable ones run until they either turn or hit the SL, I'm confused as to how to apply the basket SL close approach. I've been using HGI to decide if I want to stick with the losers when they get expensive - seems a pretty good indicator but I have to there, so I'd like to implement the basket, but as the EA closes profitable trades at the 30 pips, my account balance increases so my SL also increases? which defeats the purpose? Any insight here would be appreciated by this novice forex trader.

I started to use Zennor 2 weeks ago. Performing very good. On Friday I left it on just to see how it will perform during NFP. It had a loss. Actually, I never trade any system during NFP and wil definitely not leave it open next NFP.

Do you guys leave Zennor on during important news - NFP, rate announcements etc?

I would like to say a big Thank you to Zennor, Steve and other coders creating this EA.
