From user guide: IsGlobalPrimeOrECNCriminal: set this to true if your criminal insists on twostage
order-sending. This is irrelevant if you do not use StopLoss and
TakeProfit. Remember that Cowboy Cowboy Cowboy IBFX are ECN even though they do their best to hide
this fact and stop all their 'valued clients' actually sending any trades; the EA has
code to detect Cowboy Cowboy Cowboy IBFX as the crim and set this input accordingly. It will also detect
Global Prime accounts.

Not sure about the TP on NZUSD pair.. someone more well versed than me is need here.. cheers,

Sara
Thanks Sara, I appreciate the clarification... :D

You might also check the EA log to see if there was any errors for NU invalid stops.

Hi RM,

Everything seems to be ok, except it didn't place TPs on NU only. It did initially, and then stopped.

Attached is a copy of NU and GJ Logs.

Appreciate any insight RM, Thanks

Cheers

Hi All
Just want to confirm with those trading AUDUSD on H4 version 2h where SemaforHigh appears closed open profitable trades, old stops deleted, new grid sent, sells triggered, open position not in profit, yellow range wavy appeared on top of price, then sells get closed at small loss, old stops closed, new grid sent.

Thanks all!

I was just wondering whether your EAs are executing pending orders? Mine has been quiet for the last 2 days with no pending orders. When I run the older versions such as 1v and 1z, they would immediately set pending orders whereas the latest version of 2h is not doing anything. Can someone please advise?

Do you have trade Thursday candle set to FALSE?

You might ask why I know this

ok, dumbest question ever. I thought it was default to TRUE and didn't bother checking this. Thanks retireme

Steve / Kevin

At the risk of having one of my orifices expanded with a very dangerous looking pineapple , I would like to ask some questions about the TP logic at initial placement and follow-up TP logic should there be an error during initial TP execution.

Firstly I will outline what I am seeing on the platform:

I am using version 2h OOTB except for start time Monday, SL set to zero on GP platform. I had been trying to help Tony with the same problem yesterday but could not replicate it. However, with the wild action yesterday I had trades sent for AJ, AU, EU, GU, UJ, CJ and UCad. The TP was set automatically as designed with all pairs except AU, EU and GU. I looked at the logs for errors but none were found.

I am not a coder nor am I particularly good at logic problems, but looking at the code I observed two routines that handle TP & SL. The first is for initial trade entry that checks many things including the spread. OOTB it is set to 5. If the spread is above this, the trade is not sent. The second is where the EA looks for trades that have no TP & SL and inserts them if they have been defined in the parameters.

During the wild action yesterday, the spreads on GP for

EU went from 0.5 avg to 15.0 widest.
AU 0.6 avg and 7.8 widest.
GU 1.0 avg and 14.7 widest.

My questions are:

If the spread is above the defined figure, does the EA still send the trade and not the TP or cancel the trade completely?
Using ECN, if the spread increases after the trade is sent, does it cancel out the placing of a TP ?
If the trades end up with no TP set during initial execution, should the EA check and place them later using the second routine?

There may be others wanting to ask these questions but are too afraid to do so but Steve readily admits that sometimes we have to bite the bullet and take the chance of a reaming.

This is my "BITE THE BULLET" moment! Please take it as it is meant and that is to help others as well as myself to understand what they are seeing.

PS. I am certainly not complaining about the 12.2% profit yesterday

This week was great making pips and further developing monster EA. I run both versions; hedged and with limit orders on 2 separate real accounts. What I noticed when checking Empty4 via TeamViewer, that EA at 18.40 today had signal of Green Arrow and also High Semafor Signal message, which was at least 20h old and blocking send pending orders. My set up is till 21.00 on Friday. This happened on both accounts and EA sent fresh signal after I closed both platforms and opened again. Just wonder if anyone else obserwed similar behaviour?
Cheers,
Krzysiek

What are you wittering about? That was a rhetorical question. I do not care what you were wittering about.

Not even the merest hint of a clue why you think I should be bothered to be arsed to deal with this.

You are being provided with pure gold here. Best not to irritate the pure gold providers. You will not enjoy their reaction.

Actually, Kevin is a very pleasant young man, so I will amend my last statement. Here goes.

You will not enjoy my reaction.
