This morning is typical. I see Tommaso has been doing some tidying up. I see also that he has banned two user accounts - at 6.27 and 6.28 am. I am not sure he ever sleeps.
Here is what happens: someone joins in order to promote his/her own website/cause trouble; new members go into the New Members group, whose posts are subject to scrutiny before being allowed through; Tommaso reads their idiotic post and deletes the new member.
This happens time and time and time again. The whole process of reading about the first 3 words of the dimwit's post and issuing the ban takes about 30 seconds.
Other mods join in the sport as well because it is a fun game, but we have to be quick to beat Tommaso to the draw. Some people are afraid of me, but they are barking at the wrong moon. Tommaso is the one that people should really fear.
I shout a lot, and do occasionally remove accounts but not often. Tommaso does it quietly and with deadly efficiency. He is a retired cardiologist; he knows how to be quiet and precise.
