Bob, a similar situation involved my friend's son in Sicily - he fell from several stories, things were very, very serious. He did however make a total recovery, so hopefully your friend's boy will do the same. Viv |

Hi Cherry, Look at that indi : http://www.mql5.com/en/code/10967 It might be what you want. I'm personnally using it twice on the daily charts : - 10 & 40 lwma on open price to reflect bob's H4 MA - 100 & 200 ema on close price to reflect "common used". |

Thank you for all your prayers and comments. An update: The young boy, Noah is his name, around 10 years old is in ICU. He has multiple bone breaks including back bone, neck bone, arms, pelvis, and legs. He is able to talk to his parents and move his toes. So spinal cord and brain seem to be in good order. His digestive tract and organs also see in good shape. His one main problem and this is the critical area are his lungs. They are badly damaged and bleeding. They put him on a lung machine and shut down his lungs for healing. In 3 more days they will try to see if his lungs have healed enough to be useful again. That is the area of concern the lungs. If they recover then he will go through a long period of rehab and they will start to mend all his broken bones. If the lungs are permanently damaged, ................. well we dont want to go there. With this post would like to share my findings on "inner" working of Stochs set to 2/1/1 Last week I had some questions about this which came from evaluating an observation made to me in private by a fellow member... In essence, Stochs set at 2/1/1 evaluate w/r the present price is above or below the close the underlying time period, eg. when applying Weekly Stochastics 2/1/1 a value of 100 means that the present price is above last week's close resp. a value of 0 means that the present price below last week's close... Please note that I am not trying to discredit NBs system at all nor am I implying in any shape or form that the Stochastics display repaints - it does exactly what it is supposed to do.... The only real issue with the Stochastics display is that is does not correctly display past values on a per past candle basis as of a certain point in the past.... and it seems that the 10.x Stochastics indicators can not be used in the Empty4 tester for forward testing - they simply do not display the correct values (milanese wanted to look into this...). With milanese's great help was able to come up with the attached indicator, set for previous weekly / monthly close (!), that shows the correct levels of the past in the main data window - you will see that the 10.9_3.26STO does not correctly show the past on a per past candle basis.... I have also added a modified indicator (original by TRO) that can be used to display a Do-Not-Trade-Zone, again based on prior week / month close, to visualize the trade = when price is above weekly & monthly close = go long, if price is below weekly / monthly close = go short..... Bob, if you consider this post a distraction from the system / thread, please feel free to remove it ! T, thanks a lot for all the help you gave to me in this matter! Noah has been taken off the respirator and is breathing on his own. That means he will make it and will start the long process of recovery. I love little Noah he is just a happy active guy always with a big beaming smile on his face. Will go visit later today during my lunch break. |
