im with fxcm no nzdusd for me just one trade long eurchf in dd, strange different brokers different feeds it seems, im using 1 hour chart

V 2q is in post one, adopting a suggestion that Tommaso made in a pm to me.

SpotdespotCandleCloseTf (in the Stop Loss Inputs section) tells BASA which time frame to use when looking at the trade candle and its successor, to see if the trade should close. The default is the H4.

This allows users to experiment with this feature.

I posted 2 pages back. Check the trading times in the set - mine are adjusted to London session only as I am also on a live account and that is when I can monitor the trades as they happen.

I noticed you just started trading BASA a couple of days ago...welcome to the thread! I have been trading BASA live since the last week of August, so 3 months now and have achieved approx 15% return in that time.

Not huge, not even big, (I am sure there are people around who would scoff at these results) but consistent results...which I'm personally happy with.

It seems you do not really have much understanding as yet on how BASA trades, so I suggest you read post 1 and also the attached user guide to help you get a better understanding.

In a nutshell though, BASA trades with the trend, in has 2 trades...

1. A main trade which occurs when there is a cross of the 60LWMA which indicates a trend is beginning
2. A re-entry trade which occurs after a re-trace in the afore mentioned trend trade, BASA looks to get back in

This week BASA has been riding trends since the start of the week with minimal retrace...hence not many trades (or no new trades) in the 2nd half of this week. This is why you have not seen any trades yet. Please be patient...they will come!

The way I trade BASA is by using some fairly strict parameters which filter out a lot of trades, but I would prefer less trades that are higher probability, rather than just satisfying my penchant for taking trades no matter what. This definitely doesn't suit everyone, but it suits me and my lifestyle.

One last thing...BASA can & does have losing trades, sometimes they are significant and can hurt, but fortunately they are not too often.
