Just thought would share some observations after playing with this stuff. I have been using a trade simulator to see how this would work in real time. It is easy to get overly excited when opening a new chart and seeing so many perfect signals in the past, but it doesn’t work quite like that in real time. It is still pretty awesome so for the fun of it I thought I would throw up an example of how a nice trade would have appeared in real time versus what we would see in a redrawn chart.

Thank you for your post, you clearly showed step by step a successful trade. Still if you took the first arrow the trade was profitable.

Just thought I would let you know that the DAILY would have given a range signal sell. This is because on a daily CSI read would have been a range signal but the 4H would have given you the large arrow. The 4H would have already shown it was trending. Either way it was a successful trade. I have the advantage of looking at the trade parameters of when a signal is given.

I would like to make a recommendation. Not to use Hurst, but rather to use the ATR channels. Reason.. ATR expand with volatility of the price action. Hurst do not. I tried Hurst a long time ago. ATR wins hands down. 12 years experience tells me not to use Hurst. Please consider the ATR channels that are set to Fibonacci values. Please trust me. Hurst are not the answer.

Now, not entirely sure why Bill sent this to me as Hurst is merely another Crap Custom Abortion in my mind and I could not care less about this and would not even bother to have nightmares about using it. Fact is, he did. I suggest you guys take some notice of one of the most experienced traders here. Up to you of course, but only and idiot fails..........etc

Hurst is just another TMA derivative. The TMA formula is in the HGI so it would be like using MA with MACD. You will get similar results. I mean I started using V.7.0 on a live account with all the so called issues and problems for 2 weeks before we even got to this point of V. 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 and then V. 15.01, 15.02, 15.03, 15.04, 15.05, 15.06, 15.07, now 15.08 and so on and on. In fact I was doing OK with the 240/60 before we even got to Elixe adding the TMA filters.

Find a wall to bang your head against, Bob. It will be less painful than dealing with the 'system improvers' here.

I use HGI with the xxx.020 lines and trade the signals and make money. Why complicate a such a simple basic system?? It works, the majority off trades are profitable, what more could you ask for?

Well, for starters, I want to include:

• Stochastic.
• RSI.
• ATR.
• Williams%.
• Bollinger Bands.
• Envelopes.
• Ichi.
• AllAverages.
• The last 15 custom indis I spent $300 each on.

Now, here is the really sad thought. There are some here who would have started off nodding appreciatively until they awoke and realised I was taking the piss. At least, I hope they awoke ....... Let's just say I am not holding my breath.

So, taking one matter out of Bob's hands guys. Discuss Hurst in the Hurst thread. Stop talking about it here. I will delete all posts about it in future. Get as offended about that as you please. I don't care. This is SHF and what I say goes here.

I see your point, but that was a nice trade, so no issues there. For me the only "problem" looking at a new chart is that I see clearly entry and exit points, on real charts there are others signals between that would make me bail out the trade or enter reverse direction. But that's probably the indicator adjusting itself (as it should) and we can always grab what's in our hands at that time...

Having a look at your new version of HGI. I have to say that seeing this new version was a great surprise as it was unexpected. It looks good and appears to do a great job of giving excellent signals when looking at daily and 4 hour charts. In highly manipulated markets this new HGI (08) is going to be a great weapon of choice for the new year. Thanks so much for your contribution.

Hi everyone, Merry Christmas to all

Just wanted to note that I didn't even know that there were versions 15.2, 15.3 etc etc my first download of the indi was 15.1, a few weeks ago, in three weeks it has definitely helped my trading and account balance, thanks for all the new versions Bob....however the one I downloaded is working great for me so I might stick to that one now and become very familiar with it. I'll check out the new ones later.

I have to say i use HGI since the first day of release, and it's a revolution in my trading, it's truely unbelievable.

With HGI the game is changing, and if some are too stupid to see it, that's their problem !
