Long on AUDCAD. CSS reversed big time on AUD so I have a big drawdown now but I will persist for another 45mins when AUD employement numbers come out. This could send AUD tumbling further at which point I will take the hit. Note yesterdays China data was not good starting the AUS slide, but todays data could cause a serious drop if the numbers are bad. |

Now that we have an unemployment hit on the AUD numbers, almost all AUD pairs hit spikes. What would be the strategy here? I see signals on certain charts, but I can't discern the best course of action given the spike, which has helped a few currencies reverse direction, and i suspect may normalize in the next few hours. any advice? |

I got a lot of pips with the news, and used them to get out of a AUDCAD long that was big in the hole. Looks like AUD will go back to the weak currencies. If you pay atention, Bob aims to get on multiple .xx00 and .xx50 levels on just one signal, so if price explodes to his side he can really stack pips up. He goes for 5 or maybe more stops per signal. |

Where ever the AUD goes the NZD follows so we start looking for NZD weakness over the next couple of days. While everyone at FF curses their brokers for spread widening and missing the big news stories. I just prepare my NZD sells and place my orders when they move down. It is like taking candy from a baby. |

I had around 6 pairs of aud shorts yesterday, at single and double .x000 and .x500 levels. (I'm still not that confident with trading over 2 stops. ) Majority hit the TP, which was great. Closed up the day buy closing the rest of the trades, all which were in profit, money in the bank is still better than no money or worse. Anyway, lost out on the news, which now leaves me with the problem: should I follow the new trend set by this move, or is it more likely to retrace back to its original trend? Man, I'm waiting for the reversing signal on the AUD/NZD monthly. it's hit its proven support, and I'm expecting it to go up up up |

The aud will continue to go down with the Chinese economy. Now what I mean by that is the Chinese economy growth rate is slowing down, the economy is not going down. There is a difference. But they have been importing less from the Australia so that is why the figures are down. The AUD has to go to a number where the rest of the world is willing to buy their products and I am not sure where that point is. .80-.85 to the dollar seems to be the consensus among many economists. The AUD; NZD usually run opposite of the JPY. So if they go down, JPY will go up. Since most of its bond selling has been done for the month I suspect the JPY will strengthen soon (probably start next week) until next months bond sales. So with this startling news, bigger than expected, Chinese economy is doing worse than what is being reported, which translates to aud and nzd down; jpy up. So look for those opportunities. Thats the news now wait for confirmation from the indis. |

I'm tempted to say MPTM. Set Jumping and Trailing stops. Or if you see ur going to hit ur tp, u can close out on your own. We can't all catch the full profits. At least, that's what I learned so far |
