You are right but the high time frames will produce less number of trades
and if I were to maintain the same % of growth
I would have to increase trade size so I would be increasing "single currency risk".

Therefore I prefer to trade the smaller time frames so when I get caught in a bad run ( like I'm in now)
I would have many tiny trades open, spreading my risk over many currencies .

Unfortunately my current demo accounts are not doing well and I'm partially responsible for this because some months back I placed additional manual pending orders and some of those trades triggered so I have bigger DD that I would have had should I had left the account alone.

The DD is now much higher than I would have liked, therefore I consider the accounts blown.

I will open new demo accounts and will resume testing but this time I will remove the 1 minute time frame ( I will trade 5M, 15M, 1H, 4H).

On a positive note, my Awesome demo accounts are handing the trade war situation much better than POS and SPB so I have switched my focus to the Awesome EA and in particular on AW-4 which gives reasonable monthly gain of pips.

Unfortunately I recently enabled a distant SL in this account so some trades closed at a loss and messed up my monthly stats. I shouldn't have done this because the AWE doesn't have as many open trades as POS and it doesn't really need a SL.
