Hi,

Just thought I would add this, maybe someone can explain? I have tried using the Williams% on the 1H time frame, settings as follows:

Ws0=-- Williams % Settings --
WPR_Periods=21
WPR_OB=-20
WPR_OS=-80
WPR_Confirmation=1

It placed a Buy order before crossing back over the -80. Is this correct?

Anyone interested in This indicator. It gives you a nice visual representation on your chart of where the signal would have been given. I use this to check back on the chart to optimize my o/b and o/s stochastics and set the ea exactly the same as that. It gives you an alert if you wish as well as the arrow on your chart.

have you loaded the MPTM on a separate chart to the ones the EA is on?



im not sure if so. all i can suggest is looking closer at your MPTM settings

I have found the W%R to be very sensitive indicator - price can & will fluctuate up & down within the 1 or 4 Hour signal candle, if it makes retracement, often the W%R reading will cross 20 or 80, then price quickly goes back the original direction, the value reading of W%R goes back too but this does not print on the indicator as it only shows what the reading is at the close of the bar.

That is one reason why the check once per bar setting is in the EA as well.

Hope that makes sense, and also this is why I prefer the Stochastic 7-2-2 for entry
