Measly 150 pips, who said that? I know traders that wish they could make a 150 pips in one week.

Will keep this running in case but have set up M30 and M60 charts for next week, hopefully less trades = less DD? Who knows. Trading times will be 7 am to 18:30 pm uk time. See what happens!

Thanks guys, this does keep an old guy happy when he's testig, lol.
Steve something you may want to add to lower TF is to keep the 4H 240 MA as a filter or 1H 240 MA. This would stop from getting into a trend trade on the 5M when in reality you are trading against the trend. So you end up with a large DD. The 240 MA on the 5M would be approximately 5MA on the 4H which is probably too tight.

If you use the 240 MA on the 1H that is the 60 MA on the 4H or a following of the weekly trend. So to avoid getting whiplashed on the 5M, which is going to happen, you probably need another filter.

Steve I noticed on page 1 that the EA marks when entrances are made, can that be done with the indicator, showing on the chart when the first signal was given?

Do me a favour please Bob, and cast your eye over post 2 and make any corrections you feel necessary. SB is an always-in ea and you will see that I counsel against using the lowest time frames.

Here is my 1H screen shot for Monday. Now that my RAM is not being used up by indis I can add some color into my screen. :)

Your explanation of waves was clear, concise, and short. I probably could have said the same thing in 10 pages. I will use the EA on 1H charts and look to trade certain sessions. I am not free to trade all day like I used to as a classroom teacher. So I miss a lot of trades now I used to get. I never got to do 10.7 justice because my schedule changed when I sold my school. Anyway I do have time to throw the EA on the chart and let it do the work for different sessions.

Thanks for everything Steve and all your work. You make my life much easier.

I said that, being sinical.
Since it is an always in EA that closes at the end of a run that could easily be over 150 pips, why limit the potential TP by adding a fixed one?

A completly adjustable "kill-switch" would be icing on the cake imo. Just imagine you'd like to go on vacation on tuesday. You could set "stop opening new trades" (like the function Steve implemented for fridays in his last built) to some time on monday evening and "close all open trades" to the time on tuesday when you decide to shut down your computer :good:

It's already there, called "trading hours".
Use MPTM to close out whenever you want.
All times are UTC Page 10 of 25
