I dont gave up this bot. Tweaking it further. Perhaps I'm moving ahead on the right way. The actual approach is: allow the EA open/close only one basket a week. I tried once only two baskets - and that worked. So could you perhaps add one parameter fixing the number of baskets bevor switching off the hole bot ? I could set up further tests to see how the EA would work allowing more then one basket a week.

EDIT: You know that the simpleAllPairTM http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =21&t=4081 has already an option for this maybe this will be usefull...

I saw it right now: in the new version "J" this option is included. Nice ! So my request is resolved already.

this would be changing the strategy, naturaly it could be possible that the bot could be rewritten as a bot using the daily voltility breakout.... I will think about it..
But imo better less trades and a good result as more trades and ...

(In any case I would run only some demos as a trial in addition to the original "onces a week only" EA strategy !)

I have found this bot by chance and have some questions and comments.

First as to the settings: (the values refer to actual ootb-settings)
in the current version MaxClosevalue (see post 1) is no variable, the bot uses or we can modify anymore. Right?
Do in account currency=14 and inaccountcurrency=49 in the settings' input stand for MinProfitForClose=14 $ and MaxProfitForClose=49 $ ?
Does close all EA positions if Profit reaches CloseAllOfPairInProfit = 55$ mean
when a single Pair reaches its target of 55$
- a. Pairs not in profit are not closed? or
- b. All pairs are closed?

Second ad to the bot's functionality.
The bot offers 3 options:
Original strategy: Enter Monday, get stopped out, hold losers or exit the market in profit next or any forthcoming Monday. Tweaks have not been able to get this option to fly.
Pair Basket Strategy: any Pair hits its individually defined target and all trades of all pairs or all trades of Pairs in Profit are closed. (I have said above that I do not know which way to read the bot.)
Global Basket Strategy: Entries are made by the bot, money management SL, JS and trade closures are managed by SAPBM.

Third my wish-list
FirstStrike or SAPBM offers an option to activate the EA on market opening (Monday).
FirstStrike offers the option to define BE, JS and BEProfit as VolaMultiplicator variables.

I really am looking forward to what you will come up with
