Just received this PM and a light bulb went on (now this is no disrespect to NewGuy who posted the patched EA on Friday.. I should have tested before updating post 1 and this may not be the issue at all).
But I also realize that maybe I am complicating things too much trying to run a separate EA for buy and sell. So I have now updated post 1 with the original latest HGBnG from HGBnG thread and new set file to match. Also attached below:
So we only need 1 RnR chart, 1 HGBnG chart and 1 GridMaster chart. Simplest is usually best so hopefully this is a step back in the right direction.... let's see 
Saw your remark on the Combo thread about HGBnG.
My results were pretty bad too, but I am wondering if this might the result be related to the code changes in the latest versions of HGBnG .
I only put HGBnG on my chart for the very first time this week. I used it as separate EA to learn its behavior. I first used the HGB from the Combo thread that was patched 160814 (with %27n in its name) and did not understand why it was taking short entries on a move up.
So I started a second chart with the latest from post 1. To me it this HGBnG appears to take trades differently.
I was going to use an earlier HGBnG from your thread next week to compare before making any stupid comments in the thread.
It is hard to keep up with all the different versions. I hope at least some will run the older stable version parallel to the new version for some weeks, to prove that code changes did not change behavior.
Anyway ....Might the the recent poor result be an unintended consequence due to coding changes?

I'm not sure how much of a difference it would've made if gridmaster 1.5 were to be in place though. Reloaded GM 1.5 and will let this go hands-free over the weekend. I'll keep you posted.
