If I'm not banned for using "unapproved" tools .. I'll share an updated EA put into one of Steve's amazing shells.

Hi Dwain,
I have an idea as a follow up to add to whatever you are Planning for this Slope Gizmo as I have been using it with well should I say Loads of success, there have been trades that I Would never have Kept going or Even Entered, but this Slope of the Slope Gizmo has Knocked A bit more Sense into my Naked trading... let's have a Chat sometime and I will Give you the Specifics, you Never know what can Develop from there on wards.

I haven't got a Total Hang of this Slope of the Slope Gizmo yet but from the Little I have Gotten out of it, I feel that there is a Lot More that can be done to Enhance it further.

EDIT: When optimizing the EA, use the M1 period so that all timeframes will be available to the EA. You can use the "Open prices only" model to speed things up.

Optimize:

BigPictureOpen 20-100
BigPictureClose 1-20
StrengthTotal 50-500

I try optimize your EA. But in V2 missing variable BigPictureClose.
My results show just 2-3 trades from 2016.12.22 until today. I think that is incorrect, or no?

Welcome back, its good to hear from you. Apparently your time was well spent. I look forward to working with you again. I'll start testing this week, looks like a completely different aspect & approach to the CSS. I was viewing three BSSs on the bottom of my charts but this Dashboard completely overshadows that process.

9x9 uses all of the timeframes to measure strength. In order to have all TF's available to the optimizer, you will need to set the Period = M1. Watch the grid in 9x9, if you see 0 in any row, stop the optimizer, set the period to the missing row TF, start and stop it again and then restart on M1.

BigPictureClose was removed as it was giving back to much of the profit. Use TakeProfit, StopLoss, TrailingStop .. ect

Thanks Ray .. I have been here, just lurking. Glad you like it. We need forward testing with different settings, as it's so new we're all a little lost in the best approach. Manually trading 9x9 is pretty simple, but getting an EA to work the same .. well .. :arrrg:
