Unable to place trade from one account but another is fine, the broker logo is missing from the HELP, About window - any idea which file may have gone missing. When I place a trade using New Order, market or pending, all I get is the Please Wait message, nothing happens so I have to click the Cancel button. Thanks, John  |

Reinstall the Empty4 and/or contact the broker. |

Thanks for advice, I transferred Profiles, Templates, & Indicators to another folder of same broker and all working now, not sure what I did wrong there.... |

Hey Snowman. If in case you have any further troubles and you hadn't done so already, remember to un-install the platform before re-installing. That worked for me when I had similar issues a while back |
