I THINK THIS CORRELATION ON TIME FRAMES EG WEEKLY DAILY AND HOURLY IS WORTH STUDYING

SIMPLE PUTTING AN OVERLAY ON THE 2 CHARTS AN OBSERVING THE 1 HOUR CORE COREBASKET SHOWS ONE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT

http://my.jetscreenshot.com/demo/20120103-puyn-300kb

as we know the currency relative stenghth has an influence on the amediate trend direction
and the core basket when the trend change may come in

ive noticed over time these 2 curencys close relationship also give us an extra guide as to the influence of slot positions especially in pit bull trading weekly daily hourly positions

SO USING THE PITBULL TRADING METHOD OF SLOT POSITIONS IN DIFFERENT TIME FRAMES

EG WEEKLY DAILY AND HOURLY IVE NOTICED THESE 2 CURRENCY CROSSES RELATIONSHIPS HAVE PLAYED A LARGE PART ON TREND DIRECTION AND CORE BASKET TREND

might be worth looking at for some advanced traders as an example it could be used in any ea

as a trend indicater in my opinion

hope this brief discusion is of interest to some traders

Post subject:  Re: USDJPY USDCHF AND CORE BASKET TREND

ok using this correlation one can make a minipit bull indicater with your favourite currency
so audusd is my favourite currency
i make an indicater based on pit bull trading using .o1 so 3 buys usdjpy chfusd and audusd
and 3 sells audusd usdjpy chfusd
see screen snap shot http://my.jetscreenshot.com/demo/20120104-cph4-36kb
but these 2 can be used by your favourite trading currency or groups eg eurusd

the highest profit of 2 are used for now trading

hope this is clear indicater for non usa brokers is easy to do but for usa brokers you will need to use overlay charts insread of same curency hedges

idea for you to think about

Hi Brijon,

Interesting. I'm all for basket trading and even more if I get to use less pairs (Re: your Pit Bull 10 pair method)

BTW, In your last post you've got 2x CHFJPY long, should be one USDCHF BUY & USDCHF SELL right?

You never mentioned CHFJPY

Cheers,
Mike.

P.S.
Are you "chips" on FF? Actually you don't need to answer that publicly.
It's just that he also opened a new thread based on your Pit Bull 10 pair method, and he posts almost the same as you.

Post subject:  Re: USDJPY USDCHF AND CORE BASKET TREND

yes mike you are right re usdchf

no i only now go one here and my skype group and on palchat forex traders i dont go one ff any more im pleased if other traders imitate me its realy flatering

ONE CAN USE ANY COMBINATION ONE LIKES EVEN THE THREE EURUSD GBPUSD EURGBP AS AN EXAMPLE TOO

the reason i chose audusd its my favourite high interset corrency we all have our pet favourite

THE USD JPY AND THE CHF USD SORT OF COVERED THE USD THE JPY AND THE CHF

THE MAIN MAJORS FOR RELATIVE STRENGTH BUT OF COURSE CHF JPY IS ANOTHER VARIATION''

maybe chips is a guy that i see on dojis room on palchat but its flaterring to think someone is copying me I HONESTLY DONT KNOW

only thing on the forex factory if his thread is too good the crims will target him

so its the second time today ive been asked this question i can honesrty say its not my thread or me

IM ALSO MINDING OUR GRANDKIDS OVER THE HOLIDAYS TILL THE END OF JANUARY

I HAVE NO TIME TODAY FROM PALCHAT I DID A SCREENSHARE ON JOIN ME

it was an intersting sesion as a trader called forex lord seems to have nailed timing to a fine art

calling the time a breakout would occur he was spot on the 48square and the close price of yesterdaY to the minute one hour previously amazing very impressive

i showed MY account up over 9k from 18th december on there with some big trades today in between grand children sitting
but for me the timing of forexlord calls were spot on to the minute today on eurusd he called the price and breakout time simple amazing stuff

we all learn from each other

i can recomend during the week you go on there

ITS ON SECTION forex traders in the buisness admin stocks and bonds section some intersting good traders sometimes talk in between others

so you have to sort out the bragers and nutters from the great traders but for me i always learn something from others

TIME FRAME USED BY FXLORD i believe he uses furier which is based on cyclic times and a combination of emas im currently cheching this out with my furier indicater

a good indicater for trend is oes for pit bull traders

Post subject:  Re: USDJPY USDCHF AND CORE BASKET TREND

the use of oest ea as an indicater can be used for pitbull trading using the 3 highest profits . one can look at his charts the fft indicater is accurate in the 4 hour time frame for me its best

the combination of oest your charts and fft in the 4 hour time frame can give you great hit rates
i like confirmation of of yesterdays close as my trend for the day

now on palchat the forex trading room by doji on friday i showed how forexlords time mode gave precise time price accuracy

also my account went from 18/12/2012 from 5 k to over 9 k hugh trades were made on friday using AUDUSD USDJPY AND USDCHF AS INDICATERS

THE DD CONTROL is excellent above 2/1 sales stock factor

i hope to run further screen shares from my grandkids next week on forex traders room

the join me room is perfect medium for this but i cant use sound on my grandkids computer which is a little disadvantage

BUT OF COURSE I CAN TYPE ON PALTALK

I think always the 4 hour time frame is best for most analist especialy on ft indicater

unfortunatly most traders on forums dont use either videos or live screen share i often wonder why
as in reality one can see the truth himself of the claims of traders and can verify for himself if the strategy is worth his effort

FIRST TIME IVE SEEN CHIPS PIT BULL TRADERS THREAD THIS WEEKEND IT SEEMS WORD FOR WORD MY ORIGINAL THREAD

IMITATION IS BEST FORM OF FLATERY , IM PLESED IT SEEMS HES DONE A GOOD JOB SO FAR
BUT I WONDER HOW LONG FF WILL ALOW THIS TO CONTINUE THEY BANNED ME FOR LIFE HE HE

THE CRIMS WIN ALWAYS ON THE FF

but over the years on there the advantages outweighted for me the crims on there

i gained so many friends and learnt so much that was worth more than all the disapoitments

I WISH PIP ALL THE BEST IN ADVANCING MY PIT BULL TRADER ON FF

IF SOME ONE CAN PLEASE CONVEY MY APPROVAL ON THERE AS I CANT POST ON THERE NOW

Post subject:  Re: USDJPY USDCHF AND CORE BASKET TREND

price time trading your pitbull traders signals using fft furier mathmatics
here is a brief outline from a discussion on my skype groups room
ft is good in normal times if twigged to past cycles
[8:59:49 AM] Brian Johnston: that is individual currencys
[8:59:59 AM] Brian Johnston: takes time
[9:00:23 AM] Brian Johnston: settings to match previous waves
[9:01:09 AM] Brian Johnston: start basic work back your special test program should do that faster russ
[9:01:39 AM] Brian Johnston: use 4 hour settings
[9:02:23 AM] Brian Johnston: you will be amazed re forwood test works good if past cycles match
[9:02:58 AM] Brian Johnston: matching bt twigging settings of ema ect to currency cycle
[9:03:13 AM] Brian Johnston: lots of work
[9:03:25 AM] Brian Johnston: needs monetering
[9:04:06 AM] Brian Johnston: but results are impressive so one can put take profit based on cycle price
[9:04:09 AM] Brian Johnston: fwd
[9:04:53 AM] Russell O'Mahoney: i have test see what its about
[9:04:57 AM] Brian Johnston: eg cycle time is projected eg 1 hour 20 minutes
[9:05:33 AM] Brian Johnston: using past arrows time sopacings
[9:05:46 AM] Brian Johnston: spacings
[9:06:01 AM] Brian Johnston: its quite constant
[9:06:27 AM] Russell O'Mahoney: sounds complicated though
[9:06:36 AM] Brian Johnston: so fft draws future trend line in seperate window
[9:07:30 AM] Brian Johnston: yep it is a bit but at worst you get some idea on time as it is reasonable constant
[9:07:45 AM] Brian Johnston: eg euro about horly
[9:08:01 AM] Brian Johnston: hourly from signal
[9:08:06 AM] Brian Johnston: spacings
[9:08:20 AM] Brian Johnston: 4 hour chart
[9:08:31 AM] Brian Johnston: approx
[9:08:36 AM] Russell O'Mahoney: ye
[9:08:48 AM] Brian Johnston: noticed fxlord used 1 nour
[9:09:25 AM] Brian Johnston: so entry can see i hour run up plus
[9:09:58 AM] Brian Johnston: every currency has slightly differnt time intervals
[9:10:06 AM] Brian Johnston: handy info
[9:11:00 AM] Brian Johnston: must go worth thinking about try on corebasket cyclic time as an example 4 hour core
[9:11:14 AM] Russell O'Mahoney: thanks i have a tinker
[9:11:18 AM] Brian Johnston: byee must get ready going out
[9:11:45 AM] Brian Johnston: tell me after what you come up with
[9:11:49 AM] Brian Johnston: byee
[9:11:52 AM] Brian Johnston: poof
[9:31:08 AM] Brian Johnston: back so let us as a group use the possibilities of time price trading using cycles
[9:31:57 AM] Brian Johnston: I THINK ALL OF GROUP CAN TAKE THIS ON AS A PROJECT AS CYCLE TIMES ARE FAILY CONSTANT
[9:33:13 AM] Brian Johnston: ehg as an example look at a currncy and check on 4 hour the default rate
[9:33:38 AM] Brian Johnston: not twigged to highs and lows of each currency
[9:35:02 AM] Brian Johnston: lets say 1hour 20 minutes is constant pattern there fore upon entry you are 1 hour in there four you only have 20 minuts to end current cycle
[9:35:52 AM] Brian Johnston: profit take ect is defined by price now in trading ramge of 4 hour square can you see the advantage
[9:36:28 AM] Brian Johnston: so future price is defined next trade due to cycle is defined time
[9:36:47 AM] Brian Johnston: based on time of entry

END OF DISCUSSION FOR NOW ON SKYPE

so if you only understand the mechanics of price time trading one can have enormous trading advantage as to when how long to hold trade from end of last cycle also when new cycle is likely to begin

of couse an exact method of twigging each settings of each currency gives one exact cycle times
but the default level gives one a general idea of approx cylic times of each currency

i think this is basic currency trading using periodic cycles but fft based on furrier seems better

originaly furier maths was used in ekectric power generations for peal lod cycle times and was ajusted manualy on an occilater that projected past peak and low loads of the current

so this fft indicater trys to use the basic past cyclic times for future predicitions

as if a constant timing weg 1 hour from past hh or ll is consistanr every hour then the probability is easy defined on the next cycle is extremly high

i recomend traders think about it and test themselves please advise your findings re cyclic times of your test currency for others on here
PS YOU CAN TWIGG IT TO ALL TIME FRAMES EG 1 MINUTE 15 MINUTES ECT BUT SETTING NEED TO BE AJUSTED TO TIME FRAME YOU USE
god bless from BRIAN

extra addition memo from Cadolino
[6:11:28 AM | Edited 6:11:36 AM] cadolino1: Brian, maybe you can recheck this and if it is ok, post it on Steve's forum... now when you open it on H4 chart and get there an arrow signal, switch to H1, wait 3 bars and then enter...there could be a bitt difference between entry and HH or LL but it's not significant
[20:23:29 | Edited 20:24:04] cadolino1: also set the Back Bars on the FFT indi to 500...and then look at it...
Author:  brijon [ Sun Jan 08, 2012 7:25 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: USDJPY USDCHF AND CORE BASKET TREND

re my skype chat room cyclic timing fft discussion with cadollino

[4:54:26 AM] cadolino1: FFT: change the past bars to 500 on H4
[4:54:51 AM] Brian Johnston: ok longer time fraME MORE SMOOTHING
[4:55:06 AM] Brian Johnston: THANK YOU CAD
[4:55:09 AM] cadolino1: and more pips
[4:55:22 AM] Brian Johnston: (y)
[4:57:33 AM] Brian Johnston: LOOKS GOOD
[4:58:22 AM] Brian Johnston: IF ALL OF US ON HERE TEST AND POST FINDINGS WE ALL BENIFIT
[4:58:58 AM] cadolino1: often the arrow gives an early signal for trendchage !!
[4:59:39 AM] Brian Johnston: yes i use to use forwood and time frames on 101s trading on the corebasket
[5:00:47 AM] Brian Johnston: i noticed on Empty4 there all entries were good but the forwood was quiet accurate for telling when to take profit on group
[5:00:57 AM] Brian Johnston: old days
[5:01:27 AM] Brian Johnston: fxlord reminded me again
[5:01:43 AM] Brian Johnston: in his talk of cyclic timming
[5:02:12 AM] Brian Johnston: so it became clear how to utalize this to our advantage
[5:02:43 AM] Brian Johnston: lete entries earlier exits
[5:02:50 AM] Brian Johnston: late
[5:02:59 AM | Edited 5:03:22 AM] cadolino1: i still use the old Cycle Identifier indi - even if it changes...but it gives me good edges for trendchange with the FFT together
[5:03:16 AM] Brian Johnston: eg entry from arrow no problem cycle 1 hour
[5:03:19 AM] Brian Johnston: eg
[5:04:21 AM] Brian Johnston: but entry say 20 ninutes after fft arrow 40 min end cycle its logical simple but i missed it
[5:04:56 AM] Brian Johnston: so times we overlook the simple things
[5:05:17 AM] Brian Johnston: timing entry exists
[5:05:48 AM] Brian Johnston: this makes trading easier
[5:07:00 AM] Brian Johnston: if you miss the alert onfft you have everything there for you to see if new trade is enough pips from late entry
[5:07:03 AM] cadolino1: where do you get this entry times? ...20 minutes/40 minutes?
[5:07:41 AM] Brian Johnston: see cycle times on bottom of past spacings between lines of fft
[5:08:26 AM] cadolino1: please upload a pic if possible...
[5:08:46 AM] Brian Johnston: the times are at bottom of chart so you see the fft lines red or blue are usualy simular spacings between
[5:08:55 AM] cadolino1: ok
[5:09:29 AM] Brian Johnston: on the bottom is the times of entry of say red the next line say blue is the times
[5:09:52 AM | Edited 5:10:16 AM] cadolino1: yes...there is a kind of periodicity/cycle...
[5:10:12 AM] Brian Johnston: so say one entry was now past line how far bavck was it
[5:10:54 AM] Brian Johnston: yes as you smooth it out one can see it its very close all
[5:11:26 AM] Brian Johnston: so in time frames below 4 hours you need to twigg your settings
[5:11:51 AM] Brian Johnston: eg 1 minute needs very long to smooth out
[5:12:15 AM] Brian Johnston: and some ema changes in the settings
[5:12:47 AM] Brian Johnston: i think 4 hour is the smoothest on default settings
[5:12:53 AM] cadolino1: one important thing with the FFT back bars: the more back bars you use, the more CPU power is used by the FFT indi!!...so be carefull...don't crash the PC... :D
[5:13:15 AM] Brian Johnston: sort of confirms 4 hour is best for most trading
[5:13:30 AM] cadolino1: agree
[5:13:57 AM] Brian Johnston: so one can see it clearly with fft
[5:14:16 AM] Brian Johnston: the cyclic times are more accurate
[5:14:21 AM] cadolino1: aeeeh, i prefere it with 500 back bars...
[5:15:20 AM] Brian Johnston: yes further back sorts out hh ll points and earlier entrys but as you point out longer times eg 1000 use cpu power
[5:16:23 AM] Brian Johnston: never tried it with 500 did lots of twigging early days but now we have a better method of using ffft
[5:17:13 AM] cadolino1: would you upload a template with your settings?...
[5:17:50 AM] Brian Johnston: lost old settings but used by memory maily twigged ema s
[5:18:25 AM] Brian Johnston: tryed loads of different emas to smooth out entrys hh ll poinrts on lines
[5:18:40 AM] Brian Johnston: currently in default
[5:19:07 AM] Brian Johnston: but when i have time try for different time frames
[5:19:19 AM] cadolino1: this works only if you use the correlated indies to the emas - like MACD
[5:19:28 AM] Brian Johnston: eg ema 9 and 21 was good on audusd
[5:20:06 AM] Brian Johnston: yes one should alter the ao to mac
[5:20:13 AM] Brian Johnston: eg
[5:20:19 AM] cadolino1: ok
[5:20:45 AM] Brian Johnston: you are right cad long time sinse i twigged the settings
[5:20:52 AM] cadolino1: i use the 500 back bars with the AO - less work to do and good results... :D
[5:21:29 AM] Brian Johnston: i remeber twigging to mac and ema 9 21 for audusd
[5:22:03 AM] Brian Johnston: yes settind default seems ok for most in 4 hour frame
[5:22:24 AM] Brian Johnston: memory needs rebooting ha ha
[5:22:35 AM] cadolino1: :D
[5:23:08 AM] Brian Johnston: difference now one can see relavence of continues cyclic times eg 1 hour ect
[5:23:34 AM] Brian Johnston: using this one can time entrys and exist some what
[5:24:09 AM] Brian Johnston: also the fwd line trend takes on importance
[5:24:29 AM] Brian Johnston: as to possinble next trend
[5:25:08 AM] Brian Johnston: by adding buffer you have a confirmation line crossover on fw
[5:25:18 AM] cadolino1: where do you see 1 hour?...is my TF not ok?...take a look at the pic AUDUSD
[5:25:32 AM] *** cadolino1 sent audusd.gif ***
[5:26:37 AM] Brian Johnston: go back to 1 hour chart cad
[5:26:47 AM] cadolino1: ok
[5:27:25 AM] Brian Johnston: by going bk using mag you see entry times
[5:28:03 AM] Brian Johnston: 4 hour for alert and lower time frames for timming
[5:28:40 AM] Brian Johnston: see now
[5:28:47 AM] cadolino1: need the zerolag macd...
[5:29:12 AM] cadolino1: ah, ok...i understand now what you mean...
[5:30:10 AM] Brian Johnston: so the time eg aud 23 exit 24
[5:30:20 AM] Brian Johnston: 1 hour
[5:30:45 AM] cadolino1: ok...thank you
[5:32:17 AM] Brian Johnston: but you can put candles on see actual time on candle and next by puting your poinrter on this is how i do it bottom just sometimes its not so accurate
[5:33:28 AM] Brian Johnston: data widow candle so on 4 hour use data window candle of fft
[5:33:40 AM] Brian Johnston: best way
[5:34:54 AM] Brian Johnston: does that clear things up so one can utalize say 3 candles past fft signal fractal entry as timing
[5:35:03 AM] Brian Johnston: ect
[5:35:37 AM] cadolino1: ok...
[5:36:37 AM] cadolino1: got it... 8-)
[5:36:38 AM] Brian Johnston: so i think data window on candle for checking is more accurate than data on bottom and one can see clear on 4 hour chart
[5:37:47 AM] Brian Johnston: as consistance relative is usualy very close betwwn spcings of cyclic times one only needs to look at lat 2
[5:38:03 AM] Brian Johnston: that is the beuty of this
[5:39:03 AM] Brian Johnston: so we find eg 1 hour by looking at fft entry time we know how much time we have to next exist or entry time
[5:39:46 AM] Brian Johnston: so we come in late missed last entry we can see fwd entry time and posible trend
[5:40:58 AM] Brian Johnston: there fore eg on future entry we only need fractual of price at new future entry trend is fixed but fractal of price gives confirmation
[5:41:24 AM] Brian Johnston: hope my explanation is clear
[5:41:33 AM] cadolino1: yep...it works!
[5:42:01 AM] cadolino1: i missed only that i should switch back to H1...
[5:42:22 AM] Brian Johnston: so as fxlord does his hit rate is about 90 % ps he only uses calls but i figured it out
[5:43:07 AM] Brian Johnston: he said maths numbers and flat line emas
[5:43:44 AM] Brian Johnston: so cyclic ect as he predicted price ect i understood
[5:44:08 AM] Brian Johnston: lots of past experience in trading helped he he
[5:44:51 AM] cadolino1: we profit from your experience... (wave)
[5:45:02 AM] Brian Johnston: can i post this on steves re our discussion CAD
[5:45:20 AM] Brian Johnston: SAVES ME TIME IN EXPLANATIONS
[5:45:38 AM] Brian Johnston: AS I DONT HAVE MUCH NOW
[5:46:04 AM] andy: Hi Brian/cad, is this a new or known system? sounds intriguing.
[5:46:28 AM | Edited 5:46:56 AM] cadolino1: sure....but be patient till poeple first check the two TF charts¨!!...to see the difference and what you are talking about... because you have all this pics in your head, that other don't...
[5:47:05 AM] Brian Johnston: YEP BUT GIVES BASICS ILL ADD CHARTS LATER
[5:47:22 AM] Brian Johnston: BETTER STILL ILL DO A VIDEO
END OF THIS DISCUSSION

HOPE THIS HELPS YOUR UNDESTANDING A BIT

GOD BLESS FROM BRIAN

Hi Brian

Good to see you over here...is there any chance you could replay that video with sound and explanation on using the trend cycle next week when you get back to your own computer ?. It looks pretty awesome.

Many thanks
