This link will take you to Empty4 Floating Charts. The program will give you the ability to float charts (one or all) outside of the Empty4 window. It is primarily intended for use with multiple monitors. There is a free trial, but the program costs $47.00 USD and has a money back guarantee. I tried it out on trial and ended up buying it.
