WoW .. look whos here! So Rufo Valas and his Blessing finally made their way upto Steve's ha ha!! That is epic!

a4v4c4, If you would search a little more, you would find a few dozen EA's for this strategy. None of them would make you rich because the system itself is flawed. Rufo build his system on the theory that, price will not move 160 pips in one direction without a 20 pips pullback. Well, these days, 160 pip straight moves are breakfast, I'll take a 250 pip move for lunch :D

There is another EA called Blessing 3, which made its way up to a version 5 if I remember correctly. This EA was built on basic Rufo system too, but has many safety options, and if you are lucky, your account will not be blown, but it can't win big either.

I have spent many many hours behind the core theory of Blessing and tried to optimized it. Use a 100 pip gap, and it will do good in long term. I had mixed result but the concept is still too risky. Anyway, I learned a lot too. Every experience good or bad has some value.

Although grid trading is seen as the "black devil" of trading, I think many advances have been made to reduce the risk of this form of trading and increment benefits.

I also have been experimenting with Blessing trying to add parameters to the original version in order to make a better, more profitable and secure robot.

For that, if someone is willing to backtest, forward test or experiment with this robot, here it is my version: the expert, the set and the backtest from 2009.

For me, this robot is finished in its parameters, the remain task is to find the best sets for every pair and timeframe.
