Hello All,

conc ROBOFOREX

just to inform you:

did a 100 $ withdrawal on the 6th of feb and this was last friday 28 th feb still not transfered on my CC account.

Sent them a message asking to verify were my money was and they answered with a stupid " it takes somme 3 business day, in practice 1 business day etc." :arrrg:

So please be carefull with them, saw already on FF same type of complaints.

I told them that I ll lay down a complaint at the Financial Commission if my money is not on my cc account on wednesday 5th March. Will see what happens and will let you know.

If they already have a prob with 100$, what will they do with my future millions ? ....LOL :party: :)

Lot of pips and withdrawals without probs to u all !

Cannot help but compare this with my Global Prime account. Money normally appears in my account about 12 hours after lodging the withdrawl.

Sorry to bang on about GP, but the firm is not my 'Offical' broker without reason.

My 100 $ have been refunded.

Finally a very kind person at Robofx named Victor C. , I wish again to thank him here, found out that the problem was between Ligpay and mine in Belgium issued CC, Ligpay is not licensed to refund in Belgium issued CC's.

So for having a withdrawal I should to open an account with Skrill, they are fully licensed for Belgium CC's.

So I will do in the future.

I'll let you know when the withdrawal will be done, or in case of any problem.
