Hi All, I am attempting to code an EA with three (I think) parameters.
I have downloaded free trials of "VTS Connect" and "FXDreema" that advertise that it is so easy to code an EA using their software you can do it with the lights off...
Well, then I must definitely be very illiterate when it comes to Empty4, because I cannot manage to do it
I *think* I understand the way to build the EA using their flow charts or "drawings" but alas it is still a cock-up.
I have very clear entry (If this & that then enter in such and such a direction) and exit rules (exit when this happens) and MM is manually chosen and that is all I need. I only use one indicator (which also has a "if this happens" then the trade is okay principle)The concept seems simple enough, it seems though I do not understand the "how to" part...
Advice from anyone? Has anyone used similar tools? Help?
I am trying to do (i.e. learn basic coding) this by myself seeing as most of the ideas that I have come up with in the past seem pretty crap in the end, and I do not want to waste any more of the precious time of our coders here than I have too...Also, I would like to prevent anyone else from losing money if the idea turns out to be glue factory material...
So, any guidance from the coding gang?
