Scripts are something I feel uncomfortable about:
1. I place it and I do not know, whether it is active and after a while on which chart, actually tomorrow I will not even know, which script I placed where and if it is pending, has acted or is inactivated. In short, when I am not sure and do not see the result right away, I do not use them.
2. There are scripts that work on all charts, like change TF or change Template, the result of its action I can see right away (no problem with those) and there are pending scripts, of which I am not sure whether they work on only one chart, one currency pair or all charts and where I see the result only when certain conditions are met.
3. To know, whether I have a script pending, I have to open chart by chart, select the "chart" context menu and check whether there is a script to delete
3. I know, I can delete a script (Empty4 Manual): "Normally, a script shuts down by itself. But it can be removed manually. At that, it must be deinitialized first and then rolled out from the memory. To remove a script from the chart, one has to execute the chart contest menu "Remove Script" command or attach another script to the chart. Besides, a script will be removed from the chart after symbol or timeframe has been changed."
3. Is there a script that applied to one chart deletes all scripts on all charts?
Conclusion:
I do not know, if I have a script pending -->
A: every time I apply a script that does not act right away I check the chart context menu, to see, if there is a script, which I could delete - yes it's placed.
B: Once a day I shut down and restart my terminal.
