Hi, Trying out HGI on 5 min charts and having good early results. Price pretty much always moving in favor of indicators, but sometimes hitting retracements and SL's. I'd like to have a fast acting drag and drop script that will read all current trades on a single chart and set all of those orders SL to breakeven +1. I'm entering logarithmically scaled entries, so after I hit 2nd entry usually want to be able to set trade so won't be a loss. Might need to drop on chart a couple of times during time trades are open to keep inching the possible profit as price moves in favor (basically manually trailing the stop). Get lots of trades and if I can keep most to BE and let the real winners run, this might be good trade strategy for those who like to trade shorter TF's. TIA, FF |

found this indicator, which at moment would be next best thing to a script. However, it's only drawing BE line on USD pairs, not on others. Anyone willing to take a look at how to make it universal? A Script would be much better for the quick scalping purposes, but with this I can manually move SL to roughly where it should be. Again if anyone can lead me to a script that will adjust trades on a single chart to BE at the moment it's dropped on would be genius. Thanks, FF |

Here are two scripts that I use, both allow you to specify BE + x pips... - BE on region is a drag & drop script that you have to drag over the open order line that you like to set to BE, on higher TF it is sometimes a bit difficult, so play with the region variable - the other script can you just drag onto the chart anywhere which will set ALL orders in profit to BE + pips Use at your own risk! |
