This really sucks, that's the broker I'm with and now i feel like I'm on a boat that has a million holes in it. Its so hard to find legit brokers for US clients. I wish I could sign up with GP.... :arrrg:

The enforcement of the FIFO rule has been under the Obama administration over the last five years of his tyrannical reign, so I don't know why you want to blame Bush.

If I were with the CFTC looking for corruption, I would be looking at the banks and politicians who decide to peg the currency. Only the manipulators know the exact time that they will remove the peg. And they don't unwind it a little at a time, so, consequently, the market takes off like a sling shot, insiders line their pockets with millions while others, not in the know, lose their shirts. But that's just a conspiracy theory, right? :hi:

Yep, if I trade using insider information (specifically stocks) as a retail trader I go to jail. There are laws against that. If you are a government or large corporation you can use your inside information with impunity and get away with it.

There is law, there is what the general public hear about and what is reported, then there is what really happens. I always wonder what is really going on... I'm sure it's far worse (or better for some!!) than we can imagine. But it is also hard for groups to keep a secret in this day and age, so this market playing is probably done in very small groups, or even singles. Just my thoughts.
