SERIOUS WARNING

Pipcruiser's Pipcrusher 'n Grid is Pipcruiser's Pipcrusher (down load and read about at http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 14#p101314) with HGB'nG (http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =87&t=4525) grid trading and hedging added.

I have made it possible for users to have complete control over the time periods they use, with these inputs:
  • LongerTimeFrame: go on, take a guess.
  • LongerPeriod: how many candles to include in the trend detection.
  • LongerCandlesStart: the candle from which you want the calculation to start. The default means the previous candle.
There are the equivalent inputs for medium and trading time frames. Any combo of time frames should be covered by this.

Examples:
  • 1) PP as originally intended
    • - LongerTimeFrame = MN1. LongerPeriod = 1 LongerCandleStart = 1
      - MediumTimeFrame = W1. MediumPeriod = 1. MediumCandleStart = 1.
      - TradingTimeFrame = D1. TradingPeriod = 1. TradingCandleStart = 1.
    2) The previous 20 and then 5 trading days starting 2 days ago, trading yesterday's candle.
    • - LongerTimeFrame = D1. LongerPeriod = 20 LongerCandleStart = 2
      - MediumTimeFrame = D1. MediumPeriod = 5. MediumCandleStart = 2.
      - TradingTimeFrame = D1. TradingPeriod = 1. TradingCandleStart = 1.
    3) The previous 30 starting 10 days ago, and then 10 trading days starting 1 day ago, trading using the direction of previous 2 candles as trigger.
    • - LongerTimeFrame = D1. LongerPeriod = 30 LongerCandleStart = 10
      - MediumTimeFrame = D1. MediumPeriod = 10. MediumCandleStart = 1.
      - TradingTimeFrame = D1. TradingPeriod = 2. TradingCandleStart = 1.
You can turn off hedging and grid trading with the relevant true/false inputs, so US citizens can use the grid. Hedging works as it does for HGB'nG - I copied most of the inputs and code from him. This should make lower time frame trading more successful, but we shall see.

Try this out folks, and see if it is successful. I have traded PPoS on my live account, so I have high hopes of this flavour.

I just noticed that the PP'nG file in the editor needed saving. You might want to redownload if you downloaded it before the time and date of this post, just in case I made a code change and forgot to save the file.

Hi, I have got rain of Open Close positions when switching from PPnG to PPnG Hedged around 1h ago. Can you look what could cause this? BOT should not be active as time was set up +00.15,-00.45. You can see this EGand AC.
