EA in hands. In SHF, I have tested HGBnG, Sixths, RnR, TrendRangeCombo, Grid Dancer, Dottybot, etc. but I'm so sad that I can't get a comfortable confidence. The tested results are various, including high DD, coding issues such as HGBnG code 130 error kept on popping out, etc. I have tried different parameter variable settings / setfiles for the EAs but yet failed to produce a comfortable result. I'm sorry that I've to admit that I've no programming background at all and whenever encounter problems, I really diddn't know how to solve it but to stop further testing.

I understand that you may ask me that have I read the relevant webpages in SHF ? Yes, I do and I read a lot, but most of the time I don't really understand the technical parts.

I hope you can guide me which EAs I shall consider and their appropriate settings, thereafter I need to have thorough testing on your recommended EAs for at least one month. I understand that you may ban me from the membership but I've no choice to have a try with you as I'm really in desperate and dilemma now. I need to act fast before my investors start injecting capital for me to manage.

I would like to propose to you that if I can have a good EA to manage my investors' fund, I'm willing to contribute certain percentage (you may propose your preferred rate) to your recommended charities and foundation, with the witnessed of God.

Your consideration would be highly appreciated.

The EA.

This can be either an SPB Dashboard or a good old-fashioned EA, your choice and whatever works for you.

The system trades two Empty4 Oscillator indicators.

First one is the Momentum indicator. Positive trades are above the 100 level.
The EA will have the ability to set the Period and Price IE Open Close High Low etc.

The second is the Commodity Channel Index (CCI) indicator. Positive trades are above the 0 (Zero Level)
The EA will have the ability to set the Period and Price IE Open Close High Low etc.

The EA will take a trade when both the Momentum and CCI are in agreement by a user configured set of parameters. The user must have the ability to set by how much positive or negative both these indicators must be in order for a trade to be triggered.

The EA will only take a trade on the completion of a candle. No Grid trading just one trade per signal.

For example, if the CCI is positive at say 25+ and the momentum indicator is also positive to say a value of 100.05 then the EA will take a buy trade at the close of that candle.

The EA will have the ability to set an ATR period for the calculation of the lot size based upon a set risk for each trade. For example is a pair has a 100 pip 20-day ATR and the user sets a risk of 1% the EA will place a trade with a 100 pip SL risking 1% of the account but the EA will not place a SL or TP as this is a basket trading system.

Steve if you decide on a dashboard then I would like the EA to be able to trade baskets exactly as SPB as this is just fantastic. If not then I will use a trade manager to manage the trades.

The EA must have the ability to hedge a trade when an opposite signal appears.
For example, a sell signal happens and the EA places a sell at 0.01 lots then gets a buy signal. The EA will place a buy trade at 0.02. This will lock in a loss of the 0.01 sell trade and place a 0.01 buy trade. It will do this each time an opposite trade happens until the basket is closed. So in the above example if it goes sell again the EA will just sell at 0.02. It will never increase from the second trade.

If possible but not absolutely necessary the EA will be able to look at a higher timeframe for confirmation of direction.
For example if trading on the 15 minute Time Frame and gets a buy signal it will be able to look at the 4 Hour Time Frame to see if both the Momentum and CCI are positive before taking a trade.

I would very much like the usual safety features from your shell included and the rollover feature.


In the above example if the EA had been set to take trades when the Momentum indicator is below 99.92 and the CCI below -30 where the crosshairs are is where the trade would have entered after the candle had closed.
