I've been reading, testing and trading CJ's Naked Trading method for a while. I've had some success and I've had some failures. I'm frustrated with myself, it feels like I get it one day and the next my mind is all over the place. I know the fox is there, I've seen it, so I've decided to start this journal. I need to write down my thoughts, goals and progress. Just as the fox leaves a trail, so will I, just clearer.

This area will change, be updated, amended etc. I will try and keep a record of changes in hopes of eventually creating something to help others also in search of the elusive fox. The format will be shaky for now but will hopefully improve over time.

Goals
  • Mastering CJ's Method
  • Consistent Profits
  • At least R10k/m profit (South African Rand)
  • Ability to help others master CJ's method

  • Modified Version of MilaneseMarketInfo (I just moved some of the info on the chart and adjusted for retina display)

  • Modified version of Forex Factory Calendar Indicator (also just some moved info and adjustment for retina display
  • DWM Rangers Indicator (only using Daily though)

My first trade on USDCAD after joining DFC on Monday. KJ pointed this out the last webinar. I didn't wait for a "W" as I had a feeling that it might dip slightly lower than expected and took the trade after it did as I thought it would. Maybe not the wisest move but my reasoning was that price might move more to the H4 trading area.

Also, the reason I didn't wait for the "W" was this pattern:

I see these all the time and in my mind, please correct me if I'm wrong, are stop hunts. I've seen so many descriptions of what a stop hunt is supposed to look like but this one makes sense to me as it moves price up, moves price down and eventually ends up right where it started.

Price might come back to form the W, that's ok. The other thing that's bothering me is that this could be the stop hunt between L2 and the actual L3 seeing as there's more room in H4 to go... Time will tell I guess. Small SL, maybe too small but if it stops out I can just re-enter if conditions are right.
