Hello Sir,
i am new in this forum. I am trying to learn mql4 programming.

1) i am searching HGI_LIB.MQL4 File. I found all other file related to this indicator but LIb.exe is available. can anyone share this.

2) i also searched kind of Trade copier sample file including dll. can anyone help me to get this kind of sample file for learning.

hgi including the .lib file are not open source.

an example you will find here https://github.com/vobornik/Empty4-trade-copy doing some research with google you will probably find more.
