Dear Friends, My first post in the forum. A quick intro about me. I am Jagan from India. Found this Forum from Forex Factory attracted by Steve's writings. Must thank many kind hearts in starting the forum with the objective of helping traders. New to Forex Trading,New to Empty4 coding. Had a hard hit in funds withdrawal issue with Exness and still Exness owes me 2300 USD. I am planning to file a complaint to regulatory authorities. Escalate the issue with Top Exness Management. That hit slowed me and started looking carefully for details about Forex. About Forex Brokers.Robo scams. Prop Trading Funded account Scams. Paid writings about EA's,Brokers. I have a couple of basic absolute newbie doubts kindly forgive if they are all ready answered else where. 1.When I see the quotes of different brokers I see some quotes differing to the extent of 2 pips in some cases. So why there is a significant difference in quotes and why traders are not allowed to buy from a broker/LP offering lesser price and sell to broker/LP quoting a higher quote ? or Cant the LP's buy from other LP quoting a lesser price and Sell it where the quotes are high bringing the price uniformity. Or this is opportunity for Forex Arbitrage ? or this is not allowed. 2.Why some brokers allow and some brokers don't allow arbitrage claiming LP's wont accept that ? 3.Do all LP's do LP for all the pairs or LP's quote selectively ? 4.Since LP's are the counter party for us the traders can they mark up the bid-ask spread like B-Book brokers do ? 5.What are the conflict of interest's between LP's and Traders ? 6.What is the difference between Liquidity aggregation vs Institutional Liquidity or DMA ? 7. A trader having DMA connectivity is having edge over other traders not having the same ? 8.Is it possible to trade directly with LP's by providing the margin money and getting connectivity with them than the broker route ? What are the advantages disadvantages in this ? Once again thanks a ton friends for this wonderful forum with full of wisdom. Hoping to learn from you all. And share what ever from my side as my learning progresses. -- JK |
