As the title says, is this possible.
Scenario:
I place an order, it goes well. To protect my gain, i move the stoploss to BreakEven, than apply a JumpingStop, lets say CandleTrail trailing the Close[2].
Here is the actual question part, is it possible to trail the position a set amount of candles, the let it ride to a defined takeprofit??
So the sequence would be, BreakEven plus 2pips at x amount of pips in plus, then trail the position with the Close[2] CandleTrail until the position was x, lets say 6 bars in plus, after that just let it ride until other rules decide it is time to close.
Yes No answer are good, but code examples are better
