Hello Since the charity subforum is closed i will post this here. A friend of mine, who trades for a living, recently set up a separate account assigned to charity. He took 5000 dollars, set up a new account and use a trade copier to mimic his live trades. He want to give to medical research and childrens foundations, and this is a way he can help. And according to himself; it is better to have a steady drop of money to give, than feel good after a large one time donation and never give again. If you donate 1000 dollars you feel good and feel like you made a difference. 100 bucks a month isnt much, but still comes to 1200 dollars a year. Just mention this as an idea for us smaller traders, set aside a coulpe of bucks on a separate account, copy your regular trades. Give away whatever profit is made at years end as a gift to your chosen charity, then repeat next year. Just a thougth. |

i know, i live in one of the worst country considering taxes. live in norway, taxes are hard, but considering what we get in return, i think its worth it. but there are some taxes that are retarded here, like wealth tax. but the thought of s charity account is good though. Thomas |
