Can you contact your crim and disable live trading on the account?

I have an EA running on a VPS at ForexVps.com. I am unable to access the VPS I have sent 3 "Critical" messages to ForexVPS.com over the last 72 hours but they do not respond I have rung them [an international call for me] but all I am able to do is leave a message but you guessed it they do not response Are any other members using this VPS facility? Are you having any difficulty? Any suggestions would be appreciated By the way the EA is on a live account !!:) |

You can probably log onto your broker's website and change your trading password. That should prevent the client (if it is even up) from connecting when the market opens. George |

Try to connect to your trading account with your local Empty4 plateform to disable trading and then have the time to shoot your VPS. I don't know forexvps, I am using a French company which has a support team available 24/7 for 15$/month. |
