even if on the other thread 240 MA BUY.ABOVE_SELL.BELOW a lot / all was said about thank you, HGI-team, I'll add would there be no HGI, the shared PDF would be a valuable eye-opener all alone.

Here is the simplest way to answer the question. HGI is the 240/60 indicator using the Baluda Slope indicator to create signals. Modifications were made in the coding to make it all work in a seamless fashion. I really dont know how to explain it better than that.

Should HGI work on lower TF as written? I believe it should because of what I believe concerning trading TF. The indi automatically adjusts to the TF it is on so it should do this.

Here is how I understand the different TF.

Weekly, Monthly-Long term traders. They generally follow long term fundamental moves and arent concerned with the ups and downs of moves of daily and weekly charts.

Daily charts are one time a day or week traders. They like taking a position and holding it for the week or month.

4H--ME........ I like following weekly trends and trading for hours to days and sometimes weeks at a time on my trades.
1H or 30M charts ............. like to follow the dayly trend trade same day or hold a trade a couple days at a time.

5M or 15M you trade a session like the Euro session or USA session. People like trading for several hours and be in and out.

Now since each TF the HGI will adjust the numbers to the TF you should be able to get decent trade signals.
60MA on 4H is weekly trend
60MA on 1H is 3MA on the daily or 15MA on 4H
60 MA on the 15M is 15MA on the 1H or 3MA on 4H
60MA on the 5M is is 20 MA on 15M or 5MA on 1H

IN other words the indi will adjust itself to the higher TF for the TF you are trading. So trading the 5M should give the reads of the 15M and 1H chart. If you put the proper MA on your chart like you put 20 MA on the 15M chart you will get an idea of the signals you will get on the 5M chart. If you put 5MAon the 1H chart that will give you idea of what you are looking at on the 5M chart. It should work that way.

OK guys have fun trading. Yesterday was Windsor Castle. Today, I am going downtown to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, Gonna sing London Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down, etc.

Tomorrow I am going to have the honor of meeting Steve for the first time. Cant wait. Truly a week to remember. Milanese and Elixe will hold the fort. Astral has been a fantastic host. He has a friend that has a Persian Restaurant called ALOUNAK, I really enjoyed the fresh made flat bread straight from the clay pot. The BBQ meat was flavorful and well presented. If you are in the London area contact Astral77 and he can give you location of the restaurant.
