EURUSD is crazy! I may be in a trouble now. Added more sell position, wonder if I'll get killed.

Yes a variation of the M and W pattern. The interesting aspect is that the second leg must go beyond the first high/low and it doesn't matter if by just a few pips or 50 pips. Also this pattern gives clear profit targets unlike the classic M/W pattern (TP at previous swing high/low of retracement).daggerfall » Thu Jan 08, 2015 4:35 pm wrote:
Hi Juri
It's just simple M and W patern, CJ showed us this pattern many times, OFC you are right this pattern mean retace and nice run, it's also a stophunt to take some big order and run away, cou can find this pattern on all TF's even on monthly or tick charts
Sometimes M and W means nothing more than just pasue for next falls/rises
best regards
This is an example setup I took on demo trying some things out (entry on 4H pin bars): Example what I mean with second leg can go beyond first leg:

For us, that just means better prices to go short, so lay it to them!

Hi,
Thanks all for all the graphs and posts, this is very helpful to learn the charts.
Does someone has a particular view on GBPCAD?
Checking H4 Chart seems we are forming a similar pattern to the one in November, we have completed three legs down in a nice bearish channel and my only doubt would be if break out will happen in this touch or in next one after one more retracement down?
Anyone with a view on it?
Regards,
