Beta 1 for test, same thing but different.

Nicolaas can you try to attach this version to a chart and let me know if you can load all pairs like v 1.02?

Anybody who has the same problem, please try this version and let us know your feedback.

Do you have any link or brokers name, in order to test the dashboard with brokers who have a suffix with their symbol.

An off topic post, to remind anyone stumbling into this thread, that not only do you need above average Empty4 skills, you may also need to be able to run a Windows based server, should you decide to seriously get into trading forex.

No,i didnt have any problems with 1.04.

Hi G,

I'm using a FinFx Micro account which has the symbol suffix, EURUSDm, etc...

Hi G,

I'm using a TradersWay demo account which has the symbol suffix, EURUSDi, etc...

It works fine just inputting the suffix "i" at the end of Trading Pairs.

Many thanks gringoh, and here is my experience with the new version: I applied it with default settings, and the platform still hung. Task Manager showed CPU usage on that platform at 60-70%, while other Empty4's on that computer are chugging along at 1 to 4%.

So I did a fresh install, reduced bars to 1,000, changed ThePairs to EURUSD only, changed Read the indi once a second from 1 to 5, and it worked! Added 3 more pairs, and that worked. Added 10 more pairs, and it hung.

Removed the indi from the user files, re-started the platform, re-applied the indi, 4 pairs in ThePairs, Read the indi once a second set to 5,and it worked! Added 4 more pairs, and it hung.

So yes, my computer is not up to the task, and I think I'm off to increase my RAM from 4GB to its limit of 8GB, unless you would suggest something else?

Yes, you will need a 'meaty' computer if you run multiple MT4s. The program is not know as Crap for nothing.

Try and reduce all load as much as possible across the whole machine. Remove everything not stictly needed from all the MT4s.

If you manage to put the bloated MT4s on a diet it will help considerably. Also I run a batch script each time an Empty4 restarts that deletes the log/history files etc.
