Anyone else have as much DD as I had today?

Got quite a few trades TOTALLY wrong, closed most out in the morning. Have no trades running currently till I can see what's going on

PS: is EURUSD finally doing the climb (to 1.2100 area?) that CJ mapped out (a couple of years ago)?

Monthly has 2 beautiful 2BRs / RRTs ( #16 on CJ's chart? )

Fortunately for me I stayed out of the market. Still waiting for GBPUSD to form any possibility for short positions. A very nice spot on EURUSD. I burned couple of times last month on this pair, so decided to stay away for a while, now your analysis convinced me even more. It might be a good idea to wait for NFP, maybe it will help the market to decide with direction

A rejection to break the resistance, but still doesn't convince me to enter the market. I'd like to see the push to 1.5390 area, then will search for possible short entries.

Hey Dudest how do u handle DD , I got margin called the other day on Aud/Cad that huge spike

How much money would u need in to do say 0.1 lots

EURUSD. If I was the fox I would be looking to take out some sellers above the 1.1533 area, just a nooby I'm watch closely for Dudests maps also.

Dudest will obviously know better than me as I have only recently come into contact with abc patterns.

On the H1, there does look like a possibility for an abc pattern if the 'c' forms, like you have drawn in your chart.

Sorry to hear about the margin call. That was a big spike on AUDCAD wasn't it, and to make it worse, price then continued in the original direction. Just looking at the chart again, I think that was the cash rate news release. When that spike happened, I was a couple of hundred GBP down in my account as I was long in the pair. Fortunately, I was online at the time and was able to get another long position near the lower end of that spike, and made back the losses.

I do regret not staying in that pair longer, but when you see price fluctuate so much, so quickly, I think my overriding instinct was to come out of the trades. A good learning experience for me that one.

Thanks , yeah it really pissed me off , I set all the pendings went to sleep , woke up to MC and its still going up

, good learning experience as I am now moving from 15min to higher timeframes
