When you know where you are in the Market Circle, you will be confident in taking your trading decision. Though the FOX may tend to disrupt your view and shake you off your direction using spikes and stop hunts, but the fact that you know where you are heading, the manipulation wouldn't impact your psychological thinking such as trading emotion.

I got out of USDJPY, I took some profit on the uptrend after seeing 'W' on the H1 but looking at the H4 when it retraced saw this pattern ??
Is this L2 down?

I am on the same trades EA and AU so yes we see from the same window
