Slopey Peaky Bob 10000 pips does not display as a separate EA in FxTestify, so we don't know how many people are using it, and how it performs in the hands of users compared to other members of the SPB family. I use it and like it and send results to FxTestify.
It's a while since it's had an update. I don't know if any or many of your recent changes are relevant to it, but this latest order counter seems a good one to incorporate, if you feel so inclined. Just a suggestion.

V 2q is in post 1. This implements and idea by Thomas that allows users to tell SPB to send all its information to TDesk and then use Desky to do the trading and management according to how you have set up TDesk.

From the updated user guide:

Using SPB as a TDesk 'drone'
You can harness the power of TDesk and Desky by using SPB purely as a signals generator. SPB will send its data to TDesk and Desky will then do all the trading and management. You need to set these inputs in order to achieve this:

• SendToTDesk = 'true'. Find the input at the end of the, “Other stuff” inputs.
• AutoTradingEnabled = 'false'. This is the first input in the, “Using the dashboard as an auto-trader” inputs. This turns off all of SPB's trading and trade management features.
• ShowDashboard = 'false' and SendTDeskSignals = 'true'. You have to scroll down to the, “Dashboard display” inputs to find these inputs. They are the final group of inputs, so it is a long way down. Telling SPB not to show its own dashboard cuts down on a lot of CPU use.

You run TDesk on one chart and SPB on a second. Desky runs on a third if you want it to do all the trading and management.

If this is any help, in my case neither of the two open trades were in profit. It's like SPB thought something was in recovery, but it really wasn't.

I'm pretty sure this has happened a couple of times in the past, when some trades inexplicably closed in the red, but I didn't really understand that it was related to recovery.

I've been away from Forex for a number of years having been burnt in the past. Its funny how it eventually draws you back in.

Can't believe the incredible developments on this forum, struggling to find where to start lol. I have been trying SPB but using daily slope and 1min peaky to try and scalp a few pips. Perhaps a hangover from being burnt and therefore not wanting to remain in the market too long each trade.

I too have noticed though that some trades in drawdown inexplicably close. I have close on opposite signal set to false but looking at when it happens it does look like it is simply closing when D1 SS turns opposite. I had a recent EURGBP trade in drawdown and I had taken it out of the pairs to trade on one account and not another. This allowed the trade to continue whereas the account which had the ea still monitoring that pair closed it.

This all prompted me to look more closely at Desky etc. I started to set this up yesterday and had set up a new version of SPB to send the signals only to TDEsk. This then closed my EURGBP trade on opposite signal as I was using the same magic number.

It definitely looks like close on opposite still works, at least in some cases with D1SS, when set to false.

This does not happen very often. This time last week, SPB's basket on my live account was -$1200 or so.

It was merely -$10 by the close on Friday.

I closed the trades immediately. No need to let all those opening gaps close themselves.

Hi All.

Like a couple of others, I'm unable to load the "Slopey Peaky Bob Latest Version", it appears under Experts when I open Empty4, double clicking on it does nothing, and right click and "Attach to chart" does not work.

The 10,000 pips version works fine.

I have tried on another machine and same issue.

The files that Taipan uploaded work fine.

I'm curious to know why the latest version of SPB doesn't load on my end.
Manually trying to compile it in Empty4 doesn't work either.

TDesk.mqh
Include file for drone indicators, goes into \Include folder
