So without further ado, please find below the culmination of our efforts thus far: version C_beta

Gold:

TMACG_Gold_M15_STACKING_C_beta.mq4

Currencies:

Change-log:
a) Conforms ( and performs ) best as per the concept in my mind
b) Param to allow / disallow Stacking [ AllowStacking, default = true ]
c) Param to choose opposite or mid-band TP'ing [ TP_At_Opposite_Band, default = true ]
d) ATR-based JumpingStop and StopLoss [ 2000 periods, slightly more than 1 trading month ]
e) ATR-based TP buffer [ 2000 periods ] that is halved when TP'ing at mid-band
f) ALOT of bug-fixes in pre-existing logic

Note: Currency version is made for the usual 4/5-digit pairs. My intention is to use it with the highly volatile pairs, i.e GBPNZD, GBPAUD, GBPCHF, GBPCAD. It will NOT work with the YENS (and other 2/3-digit pairs).

this looks really good.
Can you tell me what currencies are tradeble with the "currencies c beta"-version?
In the meantime I've started testing yesterdays versions and after about one day(what means nothing) the best results are coming from SL 20 and TP 60.
Unfortunately I have a cpu problem every time I attach the mptm. If I do so the whole Empty4 freezes.
If it's not to much work for you, is it possible to include a SL and TP set possibility by pips?
Maybe the freezing problem is because of the many pairs I've opened.
Anyhow, I want to thank you again for your great work

I got the zero divide on the currency version. Then I tried on two other brokers with no error.

I think dudest has answered this one before. I looked at the tma-cg for manual trading and it basically excels in ranging markets and also does well when trending. Introducing a filter to only take trades in the direction of "a trend" (too many definitions of "a trend" anyway) will filter out a huge number of good trades. The strategy takes advantage of the fact that price bounces between the bands - only half of those will be with any trend definition.

This is a simple way to allow xJPY pairs to work too - just put somewhere in start()
