Bonjour Boltrader

First of all, many thanks for your great and invaluable contribution.
Just one clarification if you don’t mind.
You have mentioned in an early post that your ATR settings on Periods D1 were:

PeriodsATR 89
MA_Periods 15
MA Type 3
Mult_Factor1 1.61852
Mult_Factor2 3.26704
Mult_Factor3 4.85556

In your last post you have referred to:
ATR Values: Daily
Look back period, 89, MA setting 15, fib levels 1.6185, x2 and x3

I guest it is x1.6185 and x3.26704 and x4.85556?

Also my understanding is that you trade mainly the 4H TF , reversion to the mean and MST with multi level positions?

Merci
:hi:

Hi Boldtrader,

Thank you for your insight, where can I get your ATR channel indi?

Thanks,
Lydia
Hi Lydia... I think it is posted in 10.6, but not sure.. so I will post again here..

I have version 625.. Open data folder from file/open data folder.. place both files in MQL4\Indicators.

Restart Empty4. ATR Channels will appear in nav\indicators list. Drag to chart, and use the settings as has been discussed.

If you need assistance, please contact me.

Cheers.
Thank you very much Boldtrader.

Cheers,
Lydia

No worries - it's a really nice feature I presume Tommaso introduced.

Very much enjoying your trading insights.

This effectively just leaves the last quote that you are replying to and prevents pages of repeat quotes that can happen when people post something particularly interesting.

 Thanks Dave for posting this, I thought I made it good visibile, when I coded this in the boardsoftware, but it seems no..

Cheers :)

A very nice CT trade has formed on the gbp/cad. With the D2.1 on the bottom, price coming out of the top TMA/COG and TMA/COG angling down, the crossing of the 240 and ready to cross the 60 MA and TL maker. Entering off of the warning cross of the 90. Looks like a nice ride into a new DT here. CSS still shows the CAD stronger than the gbp on the daily. I ignore the 4H read here as expecting gbp to go down and cad to go up signaling the end of a rally in a DT. So pull the trigger and let it ride.
