"I believe I have a good configuration and way of trading Pitbul. If you could add a function that stops trading for the day at a specified choice of dollar amount or % of equity amount, it would make my testing easier and complete how I intend to trade with it. I know you have a lot of projects on, but that would be great."

I have coded the quickest and simplest method, a cash daily profit. The input is BasketCashDailyTarget, found in the Basket closure inputs section.

I noticed that with "0" value the new Basket closure function doesn't disable it.

I think that this row

Hi to all,

i tested pitbul EA now for 3 days and i have great results. (18wins and 6 loses) But EA have a litle bug. When EA close positions, hi dont open the new one. If i close Empty4 and open him again then EA open new positions. I change only Basket Cash Daily Target from 5 to 100. Thanks for help!

Listen up deadhead. One thing you must learn about me is that I cannot stand it when people post in such a way that proves conclusively that they are too stupid to read post 1 in my threads properly.

I take a lot of care writing my post 1 every time. There are times that it takes longer to write post 1 than it took to code the bot.

So, ask yourself this; is there really something wrong and you are the only one to have spotted it, or are you being a moron?

Now, which bit of this from post 1 is causing you difficulties: "The EA looks for trades at the start of each candle chosen in TradingTimeFrame."

Go back to post 1 and read it again, properly this time. Google words that you do not understand.

Has anybody here watched this bot trade after midnight in their own time zone? Will it reset the virtual basket at midnight and then again at absolute time. I was just wondering because midnight for me is around NY open and I see at this time the virtual basket resets on all pairs other than that of the chart on which the EA sits. Could this potentially cause false trades to be sent or have I entirely misunderstood the concept of this bot? I have it on a 15 min chart with relative_mode = false.

try setting timeframe to 1h, for some reason I think I remember having problems when running it on a chart with a low timeframe.

Thanks for the suggestion. I gave that a try but no cigar. I guess it's something to do with a new day ticking over. Not a real problem though, I'm happy enough to let it just do its thing for the earlier session.
