Empty4 changed lot sizes - no interaction from me

Hi all,

Empty4 changed my lot sizes on its own accord - impressive and equally scary/annoying.

i run Empty4 on a VM in a datacentre.

anyone experienced anything the same? i disabled the update provided by the board.....

so it reverted all lot sizes across my bots to the lot size hard coded... i will have to code bots as is and not change any settings! be warned!

Did you recompile the EA? That resets the running values to the default values. Not obvious and IMHO not a good idea but that's Empty4.

nope came back in from the pub and 12 ea's had reverted to the code setting.
myfxbook had lost its settings too - no account number...

no Empty4 restart
no vm restart

very very odd.

Anyway, just be warned .. Its Empty4 .. It is capable of doing everything that will screw you over.

i have since changed the code for all my bots so if it happens again it wont try trade on different settings from what i want!
