Help setting up SBB

Thanks Tommaso but yes i have all the boxes ticked for live trading

i have setup on Demo account now to make sure i have it all correct but getting different error message

EURJPY Secret Bob%27s Basket OP_BUY order send failed with error(133): trade is disabled; 143.01: 145.01

i have not changed any settings in Steve's EA just ootb

Hi Retireme i am from Australia but living in UK for next year or so and yes i have teamviewer
would welcome any help as i'm 76yr and trying to learn this stuff as i love the computer just started very late thats all

For those that are interested, the error on Earl's terminal was not of his doing or the fault of the EA... it was in fact... wait for it.... Criminal Negligence and poor information by the Broker.

Hi folks, can someone help me out?
I have the issue, that SBB is removing itself from its chart. So I found Baldudas code snippet to change that:
if ( currChart == ChartID() )
{
prevChart = currChart;
continue;
}
But when I recompile SBB with the editor I get the error "; continue must be used in some loop only". So where exactly I have to put the code into the closecurrentchart loop?

I thought it will be updated but it´s not yet. And I couldn´t find the snippet in the latest version, which means actually nothing

I disabeld the chart function for now.

Hey everyone,
Quick question - actually two.

1.) Why does SBB only take some signals for entering a trade and not others.

I am set up for only going with the trend ...all the criteria I left the way Steve had it set on download..the time frame on my charts is 1 hr.

Example: It just opened an AUD/JPY and a EUR/AUD..yet there are two other buy signals (Big green arrows) One is on the EUR/JPY and the other is GBP/JPY. Both arrows are going with the trend - yet SBB did not enter those two trades. Do I have something set up wrong or is it the way it is supposed to work as the EA analyzes the trade entrance ?

I thought that it might be waiting for the candle to close but the AUD/JPY and EUR/AUD entered on the candle the signal was on.....

2.) What is ATR and how is that effecting what is happening with the pairs that are eligible for trading?

Hoping this is the right place to ask these questions...as simple as they may seem.

ATR is the Average True Range.Is is an indicator that measures volatility. Typically, the ATR is based on 14 periods and can be calculated on each timeframe as basis, but mostly the daily basis is used. So this indicator makes sense for calculating SL or TP on a volatility basis, or it can be used as an filter to exclude trades in phases with not enough volatility or to much volatility.
